I also noticed the Sticky header isn’t sticking at all. I’ll need to add custom CSS to correct the broken behaviour accordingly.

I feel like this theme is rather broken, and lacks support even after paying for it. I’m starting to regret buying this.

Please find below the answer for your questions:

1. You need to go to your Dashboard > Appearances > Customize > Header to change your logo.

2. You can use the CSS as below to increase the font size/length in header mobile (you can add it via Appearances > Customize > Additional CSS):

@media (max-width: 990px) {
    .nav-container nav .module-group .menu > li > a, .nav-container nav .module-group .widget-wrap a, .nav-container nav .module-group .widget-wrap .search, nav .menu > li > ul li a, nav .menu > li > ul .mega-menu .title {
        font-size: 12px!important;
        line-height: 1.2 !important;
    }
}

3. You can set the header menu sticky in Dashboard > Appearances > Customize > Header > Sticky Header (but some of the header style may not support sticky).

Note the advice given on email does not work. We have already tried the plugin and if you visit woocommerce you will see the updated woocommerce includes the brands. We also tried this with another theme and it works so there is definitely an issue with your theme. It needs to be updated to work with the updated woocommerce.
