I want to use this template but it has a big UX/UI flaw. On the pages (especially the HomePage) many elements can be carousel while on the mobile version they are stacked (Features, Team Staff, etc.) This way the home page is shorter and has a better display. The next issue is a few bugs on the product page. For example, clicking on the product image opens the gallery modal, but it has a bug. The first page turns white and you have to click on the X to see the image gallery.
I hope these issues will be fixed in the next update and I can buy the theme.

Hi , I’m using the Roofplan theme with the default header (not an Elementor header), and I’ve noticed a few issues on mobile: The logo is not displaying in the mobile header the way it does in your demo theme. The hamburger menu icon appears on the left side of the header instead of on the right side next to the logo, as shown in your demo. Could you please guide me to the correct settings to adjust the mobile menu styling? Specifically, I need to update: Mobile menu panel background color Active menu item font color Hover menu item font color These options are not appearing in the theme settings, so I would appreciate your assistance locating the correct controls. We have already checked and tested all four Header Styles available in the Header Settings section, but none of them resolve the issue. This appears to be a glitch or a theme-related problem.

We are only receiving vague responses and no real technical assistance. It’s been almost a month and the issue still hasn’t been resolved.

We opened the ticket on October 28th (Today is November 17th) and so far the tech support team appears inexperienced, providing very unclear responses and not resolving the issues on the website. I just purchased the theme, and the instructions on adding the Demo 6 are weak. I have tried multiple times and none of the pages are displaying demo content. The only thing it has done was add even more (not completed) pages. Please help.
I wish I would have looked in the comments first. A lot of customers are complaining about issues. Please respond soon or provide a refund.

Donwloaded this theme on elements, so no support but the edit H4 tab doesnt work on mobile. Even on your own demo. Didnt found out untill i was finished and making the site responsive. Now i have to find an alternative for this part

Hey all I am experiencing a error on the home page of version 04 in the section of the tabs that are either suppose to change the text or open to another page are not working. No error message and inside of the Elementor builder there is no place to enter a url to connect to a page when clicking on the button . My hosting company said there is several css files missing as i gave them the theme i downloaded from theme forest. They are not able to assist any longer. Website is almost done .
