Hi how do I get a refund for this theme I purchased yesterday. It’s not going to work as I can’t edit the elements and not what I wanted

I think I found a bug and I really need your help. Let me explain: I use the FAQ section from “Faq” page and on mobile version, the heading of each title of those question (from “Faq List”), all of them, when the section is hover (or selected), the title is going up on the website title (logo + menu, etc.). I saw that button.accordion-button:hover has the z-index value of 2 and I put 1, then 0, but with no effect (even with !important). I cant find a reason why and can’t say that the parent of that section is with flex or with grid to encounter some irregularities. Did you notice that? Is disturbing only in mobile version (that FAQ section – FAQ lists – headers). Thank you!

Thank you, I changed what you said in those lines from 339 to 354 (themes/rotech/inc/rotech-helper.php), but the change is visible only for desktop version.
What should I do to make the change for mobile version too?

Where should I find this “class=”fas fa-map-marker-alt” code inside the PHP files from File Manager (cPanel)? I want to put another f class.

I am using the Home 2 home page in Elementor. I am trying to use a picture of me there, but it is too big. No matter what I pick as the size, it shows the same size. In addition, it is a square picture and it is clearly displaying it slightly off from that. It is squeezing it horizontally. Another problem I have is an inconsistent layout of the Features list. Depending on how long they are wrap inconsistently and don’t always display them in a list. If they are too short, they display them in two columns. If they are too long, they wrap and look weird. Can’t they just display in a list?

Hello, For your first query, please firstly remove your image from Admin panel, then you will upload new (resized image, what size you want) image.
For second query please do deactivate all the plugins except our required and recommend plugins. Then please check it what happens.
After that if not fixed your issue please send me mail at bd.amdadul@gmail.com with issues screenshot.

Also, why should I have to resubmit an image w/a different size? The template says it can resize the image for me.
I want to request a refund. The reliance on elementor is simply too much. Every time I click on a page and edit it with Elementor, a different thing happens. Sometimes I go to the page and can edit it. Sometimes I get to the page, but the editing blocks on the left are not there and are replaced with basic editing widgets. Then the last time it made the top of the hero page disappear and I have no idea why. I’ve never had this much trouble editing a new site with a theme.
Required plugins is Rotech companion, Rotech Element Helper, Elementor, Kirki Customizer Framework, Advanced Custom Field, Contact Form 7
I was requested you for resubmit the image for ensure it’s resized perfectly or not.
For understanding I asking you, do you install demo data? After demo data install your is looks like as our demo site? If the answer is yes then maybe your issue is configuration issue.

how to change the logo in rotech wordpress theme side menu
Please check your email, we have sent details on your email.
I think you may not receive en email. In the last update time a function was removed from the theme. So please download the latest updated package from themeforest and replace the theme (rotech) folder. After that you will see side logo change option in your customizer.
Hello, when attempting to install the plugins, I am getting this error:
An error occurred while installing Rotech Companion: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.
For both Rotech plugins. What do I need to do to fix this?
Hello, Some server not accept to install all plugins once, please you can try to install plugin one by one.
After that if not fix or have any issue please you can share site admin credentials with me, I will assist you.

Hi. I have resolved this now but the demo content didn’t import any of the images? Any ideas why that is?
You first issue we check in our side but it works perfectly. By the way now it’s also works on your side, it’s good. Import image on demo it’s work our side. Please can you email me your admin credentails? then we will check it for you.
