are you guys going to answer my question or NOT? its been already 2 days that i have sent a support request and did not hear anything from you guys. is this the way your support system works? im mad as a hell. i cant believe it. i have purchased a theme and encountered some issue. i need immediate help and cant move ahead without your help. please refund me and take your theme back.

Hi, why do I get this error message when I wanted to upload the theme .zip file to my shopify store? Shopify doesn’t allow me to install the theme. Here’s the error message: zip does not contain a valid theme: missing template “layout/theme.liquid”

Looking for a shopify theme that allows customers to add comments on every product they order for customization of those products; so, a Text Box is needed for every product so they can type in their info. Also, want the customization info to show up in the cart when they check out. Can this theme do any or all of that? Or do you have any other themes to do that? thx.

Hello, I mean there is a page in the template where customers can send emails to contact me, but this page cannot be redirected to my mailbox, so I can’t receive any emails sent by customers. I think this should be the reason of the template.

I think I found a bug. When a product is not available, the price shows up in a decent size that users can actually see (Example: https://theme-841-roxxe-korean-cosmetics.myshopify.com/products/jason-kids-only-daily-detangling-shampoo-8-ounce-bottle?variant=31537749590073). But when the product is available, the price is so tiny (Example: https://theme-841-roxxe-korean-cosmetics.myshopify.com/products/eminence-organic-skincare-bearberry-eye-repair-cream-05-oz?variant=31537750048825).

Why isn’t the price the same size no matter what? If it’s going to get small at all, it should be on the unavailable product, not the one that is available.

Please, make sure to upload the needed theme archive from the template package. If you want to use the default skin, select theme841.zip from the template package > roxxe-package > default skin.
