I have purchased the wordress theme through Envato. But i have faced some technical issues.

I have already set up the theme in wordpress and website is working fine. Now we have received the notification in Wordpress dashboard to activate the “WPBakery Page Builder” plugin.

Please provide the solution. How to activate the “WPBakery Page Builder” plugin.
You can dismiss that message and use WPBakery. Because, I update the theme when a plugin update is available.

Hello, I installed your theme and am trying to achieved my website. I sucessfully added a video in a section parallax, but I can’t modify its height. On your demo, the height is 453px and on my site is 340px. I don’t remember if I have changed it (...), but I have looked in every templates and php files without find the good part. It’s seems the height is directly defined in the html code, in the tag named #parallax-video.
How can I fix it ? Thanks by advance.
Parallax section height changes according to its inner text height. So, you can add empty paragraphs.

“Team Builder” plugin was generating that issue. I deactivated it and your site started to work properly. I don’t know why you installed it. Because, there’s “Our Team” feature in theme.

Open a page in Backend Editor mode. Click on “Edit this row” which is a pencil icon. In the opening window, click Design Options. Upload an image and set Repeat on the selection field.

Hi….I guess I’m the guy who is getting every possible weird problem.
I am trying to edit the Portfolio section, but all the categories except for “ALL” had disappeared, BUT I fixed that by just hitting “update” in the editor for a Portfolio page, and each one that I did that, the entire category came back next to the ALL category above the Portfolio images.
BUT, the editor is only the standard WP editor on these Portfolio pages, on other “pages” I will see the button for BACKEND and CLASSIC etc, I don’t see that button on the Portfolio pages, so doing layout like you show in the documentation is impossible.
Yes very strange, hopefully you know how to get it back on the Portfolio pages…?

(A quick note, most of the photos for the categories/individual portfolio pages had disappeared, I had to go back into each portfolio page and “re-attach” them….they each had an image “number” that didn’t seem to mean anything in the media library…..)
You should select to download images option while importing the demo data.
Hi, I have another issue that I’m not seeing anything about thru searches…
I have the header as a slider presentation, and a background video further down the page in another section. The problem is that the “play” button in the video section has disappeared, we need people to be able to hear the commentary.
I have the button enabled for the header section, and I have the switch for multiple videos enabled, where else should I be looking?

You can use the behaviour of “Parallax Video” section to see the play button.

I’ve tried several and it works on all for me and from different locations, but try it again, I have removed the protection on the directory.
I fixed it. Please, edit parallax video section by Text mode. I think, the play button was deleted as a result of empty layer. I put it there again and it worked.

Can you describe what happened so that I don’t do it by accident there again or somewhere else in the site, because I think I may have….tho I’ll ask a separate question so it’s easy to find if it happens to someone else.
WP editor deletes empty layers if you edit them in Visual mode.

They are written in wp-admin panel as required plugins.
Yes, but that error is thrown when you try to install them from the clickable links. As I say, I figured it out, but that was pretty frustrating for a bit there.
Is there a max upload limit on your site? They’re embedded to theme folder: royal/plugins.

Hello, I am trying to setup a one page website similiar to the demo site. So far I have installed the theme and setup a front page that mirrors the demo site. Now I just want to be able to edit the content in those sections: services, About royal theme, our skills, etc. How can i do that? It seems like the only way is to edit it through the frontend using WP bakery. In which case I would be forced to purchase that license?

You don’t need to buy WPBakery plugin license. It’s included in theme with instock license.
Ok great. Now, how do you edit from the front end? When I hover over an existing module I don’t get anything that allows me to edit? As well when I go to add one I don’t see a way to implement it?
Click on Backend Editor. Then, click ”+” icon to add an item. My theme items are under Royal Elements tab.

Tried with the about page, the preview show the bg image, not showing in the home page
Looks like isn’t loading the vc_custom_#number class in the homepage, but even so it’s not good, the bg image cover only the container area, not the entire section

You can add then into same or separate pages via shortcodes generated by page builder.
