Is it possible to buy this template in HTML?
Hello, thank you for contacting!
SaaSsy App is available as a WordPress theme only, and there is no HTML version that can be provided. We appreciate your understanding.
Hello, where can I find the Figma file?
Hello, thank you for contacting!
The file is included in the theme archive available for download on Themeforest. Please make sure you download the full package rather than only the installable WordPress file.
Should you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to contact us at https://cmsmasters.studio/help-center/. Our support agents will be happy to assist you.
Thank you!
We are using the “SaaSsy App” WordPress theme, purchased from ThemeForest, and the license is correctly activated on our website. All development work is being carried out on a dedicated development environment.
We are encountering a critical and persistent performance issue with Elementor, which is extremely slow and practically unusable on this site. As part of standard troubleshooting, we have already increased the memory limits well beyond recommended values:
PHP Memory Limit: 40MB → 1024MB
Max Memory Limit: 1024MB → 2048MB
These changes have had no impact whatsoever on Elementor’s performance.
Furthermore, Elementor Safe Mode does not function correctly. When Safe Mode is enabled, multiple page sections fail to load or disappear entirely, which clearly indicates a compatibility or implementation issue within the theme itself.
It is important to emphasize that several other WordPress sites hosted on the same server are working absolutely fine, including Elementor-based sites. Server resources, PHP configuration, and hosting performance have already been validated. This conclusively rules out any server-related cause.
Additionally, no third-party plugins are installed on this site apart from the minimum required ones, eliminating plugin conflicts as a possible reason.
Given the above, we believe this is a theme-specific issue related to Elementor integration, and we request this matter to be escalated to the technical team for immediate investigation and resolution.
Hello! Thank you for the detailed explanation.
Based on our experience, the behavior you’re describing is not related to a theme–Elementor compatibility issue.
Elementor editor performance depends primarily on the complexity of the page and the environment in which the editor is opened. Pages with a large number of widgets, animations, and dynamic elements (such as homepages) naturally take longer to load in the editor. This is expected behavior for any Elementor-based website.
It’s also important to note that Elementor is heavily browser and device dependent. Since it runs largely on the client side, editor speed is affected by the local computer’s CPU, RAM, browser, and overall system performance.
You can easily verify this by opening a simpler page (for example, a Contact Us page with fewer widgets), which should load significantly faster in the editor. This behavior is expected and applies to any Elementor-based theme, including default themes.
Regarding Elementor Safe Mode – Safe Mode intentionally disables theme styles and scripts. If certain sections rely on theme-specific styles, layout wrappers, or widget extensions, they may appear visually broken or incomplete in Safe Mode. This does not indicate a compatibility issue, but rather confirms that those sections depend on the active theme, which is normal behavior.
At this stage, there is no evidence pointing to a theme-specific Elementor integration issue. What you are experiencing is consistent with page complexity and server-side processing limitations, even when other sites on the same server perform well with lighter layouts.
To improve editor and frontend performance on complex homepages, we recommend reducing the number of widgets and animations, avoiding unnecessary nested sections, optimizing images, limiting motion effects, and splitting large layouts into smaller sections or separate pages. Keeping the homepage focused and lightweight can significantly improve loading speed in Elementor.

Thank you!
This theme is too slow, and small changes using Elementor take forever to load
We’re sorry to hear about your experience.
Editor performance and loading times can vary significantly depending on hosting resources, server configuration, and the amount of content, widgets, and effects used on a page.
In most cases, slow editor behavior is related to hosting performance or server limitations rather than the theme itself. We’d be happy to take a closer look and help optimize your setup – please reach out to our support team at https://cmsmasters.net/help-center/ so we can assist you properly. Thank you!
Hi need blocks/gunteberg version you have?
Hello, thank you for contacting and for your interest in the theme!
The theme is fully optimized for Gutenberg. However, please note that all demo content included with the theme is built using Elementor and our custom Premium Elementor Addon plugin, which comes free with a purchase. We don’t offer demo content created with Gutenberg, thank you for your understanding.
hi does this theme support WCFM?
Hello, thank you for contacting and for your interest in the theme!
Since WCFM is a third-party plugin, we haven’t officially tested it with our theme, so we can’t guarantee full compatibility. However, we haven’t received any user reports of major issues when using the plugin with the theme.
Should you have any further questions please feel free to contact us at https://cmsmasters.net/help-center/ and our support agents will be happy to help.
