you are clever team develop many themes but there is no attention to this theme unfortunately, please fix it , it is bug . cant but 3 layouts for tabs ,2 static and the third dynamic without any customization you cant even choose service category. i am not pleased so far with this theme and i will add refund queue if you design it by this way , it is so unprofessional

The description states that the child theme is included in the project, but it is not in the archive and did not appear after installing the theme. I quote your description:

“Child Theme ready: For customization of theme or addition of new features, it is always recommended to install child theme to retain your customization even after parent theme update, so blank child theme is already included in the package.”

What should be done in this case?

The problem was solved in the support service ticket system. They sent an archive, but there was one extra level of nesting. I repackaged the archive and everything was installed. Maybe someone else will find this useful.

When I first reported the issue 16 days ago, you acknowledged it and responded that you would ask the developer to look into it. At no point did you request that I open a support ticket until your latest reply—after more than two weeks had passed.

That said, I’ve now created a support ticket as requested. However, I find it unfair and unprofessional that only now, after several follow-ups with no resolution or update, I’m being redirected to open a ticket. This delay has stalled my project.

Just to reiterate, the issue is still unresolved: The theme is not compatible with Safari on iPhone. Please look into this and provide a fix.
