I know we are not within the support time, but we have had an issue, like some others that ive seen of some of the theme reverting back to the original ‘Saral’ logo, headers and footers etc, we have to then upload the backup file and then all is well ! This has done this since we purchased the theme and seems like an error on your part, please could someone come back to me with how to fix this very annoying fact !!

Hi, i have bought your template Saral theme forest and i have notice that one of the pluging : “js_composer” is not functionning and i need to reinstall all the time word press because of it and when i do not use this pluging i cannot visualize the template page. please help me to install the template properly so that i can personnalize it and work on it.

Hi I like help with the Saral Theme for Magento. my logo always appears blurry and the size is hard to control. where can I change or import CSS rules to round off borders and generally have more options to control the front end? But the header information returns to default every few days, even when we change it and turn off all automatic updates. Does this theme support PHP8.0 or PHP 8.1? I see that it is still for sale but most platforms use this as their minimum and we have had problems with the theme and current versions of PHP. Please advise.
