This company is a scam.
I was unhappy with how fast items were loading on my website so I gave them a low rating. They were able to successfully delete my rating several times and now I’m banned from rating.
How they were able to delete rating was even more concerning. On their ticketing platform, they were somehow able to create a ticket using my email where I claim to have wanted custom services in exchange for a higher rating (with the quality and bloat of their services, why in the world would I want their custom services? lol). If you don’t believe me, try reconciling all the comments with the rating.
Also (just in case they say something about refund or automatically trigger one), I don’t want a refund because I already stupidly sunk 3 weeks into the website before I isolated the problem to their product.

When there was a dispute, the company IT support logged in and deleted all the website data in addition to their template or demo data. Please never give them your admin user account. I am making a complaint against this seller for unauthorised registry and entry on different instances.

The design of theme is very nice and forward-thinking. There are some minor problem during operation that, if fixed, could make this a very successful template. For example, the responsive view doesn’t work well on an LG mobile, as the content breaks apart. What could be the problem? Here’s a picture of it:

Hi, Not sure why did you installed ElementsKit Lite plugins. You will get everything in Animation Addons for Elementor. So you don’t need ElementsKit.

I purchased the Saasly theme expecting it to include 12 distinct themes, but it turned out to be just 12 homepage variations. The individual pages are inconsistent and poorly designed, with no cohesive style. Worse, the demo content is locked, and you need to rely on slow customer support to set it up, which requires a mandatory sharing your WP admin login details to customer support. After wasting a week trying to make it work, I had to buy another theme. I highly recommend checking all the pages thoroughly before considering this theme.

Hi! I purchased the theme and am trying to get documentation for this theme. I only see the general documentation for crowdytheme (https://support.crowdytheme.com/). The issues I have encountered so far are the documentation regarding changing the headers is not what is on this theme. Also, I am still seeing a “Loading” preloader on the site, even though it has been turned off. Please advise. I have also submitted a ticket regarding this issue with a loom. Thank you.

If I buy regular license, then can I use this theme on my unlimited sites?
Actualy Themeforest doesn’t allow you to use multiple sites with regular license.
So, this means I can only use your theme on my 1 website?

1. No extra plugin is required to import the demo. 2. Not sure what you are asking about. But if you are asking the license? Themeforest doesn’t allow you to create multiple sites with the single license.
