Hello, Is it possible to have the same style used in the MailChimp “Subscribe” field on the ContactForm version? I don’t understand why that style is not an option on the ContactForm version? The MailChimp style is much prettier and elegant and goes very well with the rest of the theme. Can you add this style option for us to use? The ContactForm one is not so pretty and plain.

Custom styling of certain elements is oftentimes limited by the markup and the amount of flexibility that the elements have. Certain styling sometimes cannot be applied to all elements, especially if there is certain degree of freedom of how users can construct and combine the elements.
We will certainly add your request to the backlog, but cannot promise that it will be implemented, as first we need to assess the implications. But many thanks for the idea!

Scape is still one of my favorite theme, but I’m now facing an issue with your Scape Core plugin. My support expired so I can’t give you the solution in the forum.
Your plugin is using the outdated version of CMB2 and it’s overriding the latest version. You need to update the CMB2 inside the plugin folder /scape-core/include/metaboxes/assets
And in this file /scape-core/include/metaboxes/init-metaboxes.php at Line 79, set the action priority at 9959 [refers to cmb2].
If that can be included in the next update, that will be greatly appreciated.

3. You can take any demo page and run it through a performance measuring tool like GTMetrix. Note however, that some demos are not (or not fully) optimized for performance, but some are.

Do you provide extra performance guide and assitance to further improve the theme performance?
Performance of a theme as a product is what it is, improving it would mean making customizations and changing the way it works, which is not a part of theme support.
But site performance is not only the theme, there’s much more to it, which the theme is not able to impact. This is where you would need to optimize your images, chose a good hosting plan, use a properly configured caching plugin, etc. This is not theme territory, and is beyond the theme support – it’s something that a website developer must take care of.

Hello, I am the person who recently has put 1 star in the ratings. First of all I want to apologize and clarify that it was a way to get in touch and that at no time I was thinking of leaving the rating at 1 star because the theme is fantastic.
I just wanted to keep it like this for 24 hours to get some kind of response, again I apologize for the method, that’s definitely not my way of working, but there is no way to access a contact email. There is only one Item support button that leads to your website and from there I only have the option to submit ticket. As soon as I finish filling in the form, I get an error saying that I cannot send because my support is expired and I have to extend it by paying more. The experience is unpleasant. In the comments section I saw that all users with my problem were taken to that site.
Please, I would be delighted if you provide a contact email to solve the license problem. Again apologies for the scare and thanks for your good work (I have updated to 5 stars already)

Unfortunately, due to technical limitations, browser-level zoom is very hard to catch and reliably distinguish from the swipe gesture. With the current setup, it’s either first or the second option working.

I cant add more images to the portfolio.
It gives me options to add image to the Featured image but additional Portfolio images can not be uploaded because I cant find the place to upload them again.
And even on former portfolios that I have added, I cant change the images nor remove from them.

I’ve just double checked myself, and image are being added just fine, as before. Make sure you have selected an appropriate portfolio item layout to be able to add images in “Portfolio content settings -> Media -> Portfolio item page layout” on your portfolio item page.

Anyway, I suggest you drop us an email using author contact form, providing your WP login details. We will take a look, and in case it is caused by a theme bug, will provide a solution.
I am still getting the problem which I complained about few days ago. anytime I make changes to the theme options, the color and some settings resets back to default it is tiring setting up from aresh.

There are no specific requirements or recommendations as to which server/hosting to choose. As a rule of thumb, the better the server’s performance, the less issues there are with the site speed and demo import. However, usually demo import problems are related to server configuration which doesn’t allow to execute long-lasting or heavy scripts.

hi i have purchased this theme and i have used it on one of my demo servers and now i have forgotten on which domain i have installed this theme , Now i am trying to make use of this theme however during the theme activation it says the license is already in use . Post likes are stored in the wp_postmeta table under meta key _post_like_count next to each relevant post ID and can be modified/reset in the database (e.g. using phpMyAdmin).

Hello, This theme is compatible with Contact For 7 as it states on the description, however, the “Attach File” element does not have any CSS styling on it (seems like you guys forgot?) See Below:

Ever since I updated the theme I keep setting up the theme options again, every time because it keeps going back to default. It is stressful!

I must say that the last theme update does not include any changes that would affect that. Moreover, basic WP built-in functions are used to save Theme Options, so this should not be related to the theme.
It sounds more like a caching or DB problem to be honest. I suggest you double check if server-side caching does not get in the way.
If still no luck, please submit a ticket on our Support Forum https://whitebox.ticksy.com/ and describe the problem in more details. Maybe there’s something more to it.

Wow, I’m so disappointed .. The theme is so gorgeous, however, no UI elements can be used on any of the Blog post Grid layouts. They are only visible when someone clicks into the blog post, which now a days, its more of a hassle and an inconvenience..everyone wants to scrolls through posts like Facebook and Instagram. I was hoping that videos would play would having an extra step to pop out of frame and click play again, I cant even add any buttons on the post cards as they get stripped out.. what is the point of all this??
How can I allow HTML to be used in the post excerpt? This would put me back in the game!! Can you please assist me?

However, the blog grid possibilities in this context are fully represented in the demo preview, and all the blog grid styles are shown as they are, and inline playback was never advertised for blog grids.
