Hi, I bought the theme few months back. While setting up the Portfolio page, I found that there are no pages in the Theme for me. The pages I am looking forward are

Portfolio pages should be available among the portfolio items in the demo content. Consider re-running demo import (maybe just for portfolio pages) if you are missing them. If this doesn’t help, please contact us using author contact form, and we will send you the page code.
As for the portfolio grid styles – they are all available in Scape Template Library to be added to any page.

I meant post styles like you can find on the zeen theme and ohio theme. Just that and this theme is the best theme on themeforest.

Despite the comments, the absolute share of buyers who face difficulties with demo import is very small. And majority of them have these problems because of their server capacity or configuration. So there is little to worry about.
The demo is heavy, we admit it, but at the same time demo importer has very flexible settings which allow to import content in parts, therefore decreasing the server load.

Thank you for reply, I really appreciate qucik answer. My problem is that each limit fulfil the criteria but downloading stuck on 9% after one hour of waiting

If it’s stuck for some time already, please check your JS console. If there are any errors there, then it means that the process stopped on the server side, and you need to re-run demo import.

Hi, we noticed that with the latest update, the mobile menu from iOS no longer works correctly. After pressing on the burger menu, the page reloads. I reselect the menu and the error page (I attach screenshots).

I have increase server capacity and its works. thanks.
Got another issue. I have uploaded logo ThemeOptions-> Header Settings-> Header Style Alt 5 -> Logo
Updated Dark and Light Style logo. works fine in desktop but its visible in mobile device. i checked documentation also.
is there am i missing anything or its bug??
Great to hear that the initial issue has been resolved!
Regarding logo – for it to show in the mobile header, you need to select or upload it in Theme Options -> Header settings -> Mobile navigation -> Logo separately.

Unfortunately, we don’t have html version of the theme to offer 
great theme but you need to improve the demo process. literally spent hours trying to get the main demo to import, i met all server requirements but i cant get the demo to fully import.
at least include the option for xml import

Due to a massive amount of content, Scape’s demo may be quite heavy for some systems. That’s why we provide a lot of options how to decrease the load during the import process.
However, adding a manual .xml files may be a good idea in the end of the day Thanks a lot and don’t hesitate to contact our Support Desk should you need any assistance!

Hi, I have a pre-sale question. I like the curved elements in some of the templates. But do you have one for the homepage, other than the “Corporate Two” template? That’s the only one I see so far with curved elements on the homepage. Thanks!

The Blog Grid widget used to limit how many posts show. Now, it’s no longer working and all my posts are appearing on my home page.
I have defined how many posts in Post/Portfolio Grid under Page Settings. But still, all the posts appear. I have read all the documentation, but can’t resolve this issue.

There must be an issue with file permissions on your server – please make sure that you have write permissions in theme’s folders and within all the folders of Scape Core plugin.

We’ve just checked, and this shouldn’t be the case cause with by the theme given. Checked with the latest WP and bundled plugin versions. It is probably something caused by an external cause.

This theme is great but I see there’s a limit in post styles? (I stand to be corrected). Is it possible to achieve post styles like (https://cowrywise.com/blog/emergency-fund/ or https://www.squaredacademy.com/learn/stages-of-instagram-growth)?
If no, are there plans to include post styles ? You have wonderful homepages but lacking in the post styles department.

Unfortunately, there is only one post style at the moment (if you are speaking about the general design) and no plans to add more. However, speaking about the hero section or layout (with/without the sidebar) – these can be customized.

In the contact page, my contact 7 is not working. When I click on submit, nothing happens and when I put 2 forms on the page, the second form works well and not the first form !!! Isn’t it strange? And in all the pages I have this message in the hero header:

Scape as such, being a theme, does not have this functionality. Depending on the particular needs you can add it with a 3rd-party plugin of your choice. Speaking about WooCommerce – the plugin is fully compatible with Scape, so if the features that this plugin provides suit your needs, then it could be the way to go.

Please feel free to study the demo pages – you should understand what features are available, and if any of those that you want aren’t there – they are either not shown (and in this case please feel free to ask if they are included) or are not available. Feel free to drop us an email using author contact form if you have any questions about the features
In case of e-commerce functionality – everything is provided by WooCommerce plugin, with some additions and extensions of our own, e.g. product preview or various functional or interactive elements.
Regarding the updates and new demos – there are always restrictions and factors that go beyond just the “attitude”, that can affect products and even businesses. It’s a time when any thing can go not according to plans, unfortunately. We always listen to suggestions of our customers, but we only can do as much as our capacity allows.
