Hi, i can t install the theme into my wordpress, it says there is not style.css file. Please help

Please read the documentation.

Iv read it but there is no explanation about changing the hours and minutes. for-example i want to finish the countdown exactly on 10 pm

Sadly, there is no support for exact Hour:Minute:Second on this coming soon template, only Year/Month/Day is supported.

I was wondering if there was a way I can make it so that the background only changes when the page is scrolled down?

Hello and sorry for the late response.

There is no fast way of doing that but it can, of course, be done. You need to do the following:

  • stop the loop on the background images
  • externalize the function that loops through the images, if it isn’t already so (make it publicly available within all functions)
* find the jQuery “click” bind for the up and down buttons and call the function that loops through the images from there (going back on the Up button and forward on the Down button) ... var navigate = function(sense) { // Call the loop method depending on the sense

The actual amount of modifications needed is quite large and there’s also the aspect of testing these changes through all the major browsers so we cannot go to work implementing those changes for you.

Have a nice day!

Thank you for all the help!

I am trying to set up the CONTACT page to send an e-mail to me I changed the save type to SAVE_EMAIL and entered the e-mail in the e-mail configuration line – but I am getting this error when I try to complete the form : Could not contact host. Please try again later. – what I am doing wrong?

It means you do not have permissions to use the PHP ‘mail’ function on your server. If you browse through the code you will see that saving the message by e-mail finally comes down to using the ‘mai’ function.

Please contact your hosting provider or ask for a PHP programmer to look into this issue.

Hello, can you tell me how I would go about adding more scrolling pages. As in as of now it scrolls to newspaper and then to the clock and then to the map. How would I add three more “pages” for it to scroll to after the clock. Thank you.

Sure, add a new section next to

<section class=”container row-fluid”> <div class=”offset2 span8”> ... </div> </section>

and refresh the page.

Im sorry where exactly do I add it, and what do I add. I tried to add the above right under the contact us section and it didn’t work.

Add the following code: <section class="container row-fluid"> <div class="offset2 span8"> <h1>New Section</h1> </div> </section> above the “Contact” section: <section class="container row-fluid"> <div class="offset2 span8"> <h1>Contact</h1> ... </div> </section>

Good luck!

I like your theme, but I found another one that seems to be a copy. Pasting the link here in case you want to report it. http://www.mojo-themes.com/item/thunder-responsive-parallax-html-coming-soon/

Hello! If i don´t want to use the map, how can remove them?

Thank’s and nice theme!

The map button is a simple DIV element. Just remove that.

Have a nice day!

Hi there,

Great site! Just one question: Is there a fix for the logo holder when using Chrome and Safari? After the page loads the logo remains as a rectangle and doesn’t fill into the provided space. It does in IE 10, and Firefox but not In Chrome or Safari. Any tips would be fantastic!

Thank you

Sorry for the late answer, we’re kinda busy working on some awesome stuff.

This is a Chromium bug https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=157218

To fix it, edit style.css on line 399 and append the following line to the #logo-roundbar > .complete-circle > .slide declaration:

border-radius: 50%;

We will make sure to include this fix in the next update.

Thank you for your feedback and enjoy scartz!

No Worries at all. Perfect! I just couldn’t think of the fix earlier. Thank you again!

You are welcome! Have a great day!

We have integrated a preview control panel in all our themes. You can now play with it to customize the design live!

Please make sure to clear out your cache before checking out the preview if you are a recurrent visitor!

Thank you.

Hi Stephino, where I can change the slider images transition? Another question for you is it possible to navigate between the <sections> by scrolling mouse wheel? If its not possible do you have any idea how I can make a nav bar for this layout? All Best Alex // aleibo@mobli.com

Q1: The slider is hand built and it supports parallax; besides being present on the background of the page, it also has parts on the top and bottom semi-circles; the only option you can change is the animation speed here:

window.setTimeout(nextSlide, sliderOptions.duration);

This can also be set by following the documentation.

Q2: It is not possible to navigate between sections because of the custom scroll bars implementation on each of the slides. It is necessary so that the user can view the full content of a slide, regardless of his screen’s resolution. Sadly, you would have to deactivate/unbind the mouse wheel event listener from the custom scroll bars for the desired effect to work, but that would break the design on multiple devices.

Q3: An idea for a “sections navigator”

For now, the only elements that trigger the navigation between the slides have “navigation” class.

Basically, after clicking one of these elements, the “navigate” function is called with the “sense” argument, which is 1 for Forward and 0 for Backward.

var navigate = function(sense) {
                        // Negotiate the section
                        if (sense) {
                        } else {

You should add a second parameter, called “newCurrentSection” to send a custom section ID (0 to n-1 where n is the number of sections) like this:

var navigate = function(sense, newCurrentSection) {
                        // Negotiate the section
                        if (sense) {
                        } else {

                        // Overwrite the current section for custom navigation
                        if ('undefined' !== typeof newCurrentSection) {
                            currentSection = newCurrentSection;

And you would basically handle the navigation events like so:

  • First slide
  • Second slide
  • ...
  • Last slide
$('.myNav > li').click(function(){
    var currentSection = $(this).attr('rel');
    navigate(null, currentSection);
I would write this code after this block of code from /js/functions.js
// Implement navigation actions

How to dynamically create the list is up to you.

This item is actually quite complex, even though it doesn’t seem that way at first sight.

Best wishes and thank you for your purchase, Stephino

Hi, does this counter support years too? I need a counter for an event that is years away.

Such “coming soon” templates are generally used for short-term launches, hence the name.

You could still use this theme by setting any date you wish. The only problem is you’ll show the user something like “700 days, 3 hours, 2 minutes, 1 second remaining”.

Good luck!

Does the template use jQuery Countdown?

We have not used any available plugin for the countdown, we created it ourselves. But it does use jQuery as a JavaScript framework.

Works perfect.. I dont know why I dident think of that when I am aware of this slash funtion. Thank you for you quick reply and a awesome theme. Will be looking forward to later files from Stephino :-)

I cant get my subscribe or contact to function. I have tried all three sources, text file, database and email but no dice. I have my own server and everything is set right. This is the location. “www.viperay.com/test/6/” I also cleared my temp internet files. The setting is on email right now. Please help. Viper

First of all, thank you so much for buying!

Secondly, the reason the request is not sent to your host (as the error suggests) is that the forms point to the root of your website.

Please change <form action=”/contact.php” ... to <form action=”contact.php” and similary to the newsletter.php form.

A forward slash character (/) indicates the path from the root of the website. In this case the root is your domain, viperary.com. So the post is sent to viperay.com/contact.php and viperay.com/newsletter.php but the two php files are not saved there, they are put in a /test/6 subfolder.

In order to let the web browser know that you want the relative path to “contact.php” and “newsletter.php” you simply have to remove the “root path” forward slash character. Now the browser looks for the two php files relative to your current location, which is viperay.com/test/6/.

The reason we didn’t use relative paths in the first place is that this template would most likely be installed in the website’s root.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. We will update the code a.s.a.p.

Thank you so much an have a great day!

Something seems wrong with logo. It hangs over the green ring on left an right upper corners.

Expect this, its a great theme!

Could you please tell me what Operating System you are using and what Web Browser?

I cannot reproduce your bug on neither Windows 7 nor Ubuntu on any of the major browsers.

Thank you!

I love it! I still don’t know how to change the countdown date though.. help?

Download the file and read the documentation.

Thank you!
