I´m missing the html template file with the revolution silder like in the preview? There is only content, full width und nivo silder.

I’m sorry, but there is no revolution slider in this package as well as there is no revolution slider on demo page 
Maybe you got confused by the fisherman who is painted on the image, he appears a bit like it was Revolution… but it’s just an image, mechanism under it is Nivo.
Anyway, if you desperately need Revolution Slider, you can go for WP version of Secundo, it’s included there (plus some examples are shown).

I’m sorry, but no. This item is pure HTML template with no PHP files included whatsoever. You can easily add mailing script there – simply search google for “PHP FORM 2 MAIL” script, there are plenty of them available for free

Yes, we’re already working on WP edition. The plan is to release it before christmas break, round 20-21 december. If we don’t manage to do it on time, then it should be early january when we’re public with WP edition
