Hi, I am unable to register my Item Purchase Code with your forum in order to ask a question there.
I am certain I have the code copy/pasted correctly, am logged in to your forum, and am at the page that says “Add License Key”. When I paste the key and press the button, I get the message: “Your purchase code has been added”, yet beneath that it says “You have yet to add your first license key. Please use the form above.”
And I still do not have access to ask my question on the forum. I’ll ask that question here too, just in case: When I run the template after unzipping, all the photos look greyed out. Why is that? Thanks

In Pages, I am having trouble saving any changes to the “Titlebar” options. For instance, on our “Contact” Page, I cannot get the Google Maps Titlebar to save the coordinates for our location; in fact, I cannot even get the “No Titlebar” option to save…so I’m stuck with the default Google Map location in Paris.

This is just a HTML template so you would need to duplicate the HTML files for every language. But it does not support RTL styling out of the box.

Just bought the template, but the contact form isnt working properly. When i try to send a mail in the form it replies with: The requested URL /file/bt/wp/contact-us/ was not found on this server.
What to do, to make this work?

I’m sorry for delayed answer. This is a HTML version only, the contact form is not implemented there, because it would require the PHP files as well. I would recommend you to use the simply mail function to implemented the contact form.

Hello I’ve got some pre-buyer questions for the sentinel html theme: #1 What version of Rev Slider is in it? I need at least one that allows for Static Layer to rely on top of every slide; #2 How do the “flag” / multilingual system work. I assume we have to write different html/php pages for each language but is the “switching” code inbuilt? #3 The code to make the Contact7 Plugin work is included (this not being an wp theme)? 1) 3.0.8, I think it allows for static layers because that’s how the demo is done if I remember correctly.
2) Simply add a link to the flag, different on a page by page basis or just straight homepage.
3) This template was coded for WordPress so some things are already WP compatible. This is to save work for our WP programmers that would do the WP conversion later.

You mean search button in menu or search button in widgets?
You may enable search button in menu in: WP Admin Menu > Theme Options > Theme Options > tab “Header” > section “Search Header” > option “Hide Search Header”.

I’m sorry for any inconveniences, but you purchased a HTML template, there are no dynamic functions like search or any others. You have to implement them by your own, or purchase a WP version, which is basically this template built on WordPress, which integrates these functions.

so in the end it should look similar to this:

I’m adding my 2 cents to the comments:
1-st -> why code such a complicated menu for HTML version ? Most of CMS-s allow to pass only first UL class and id (in my case – i have an option to rewrite the whole navigation library to suit you menu or modify/rewrite the whole menu) – for those who are not willing to do neither, skip this theme.
2-nd -> the most lazy / worst documentation I’ve seen so far! Pretty much you have what you need to change to use boxed or not boxed version (and how to add background to body) – thats it! Nice effort guys!
I’m not pleased with this template at all! If refund were possible, i would get it!

Also – as in documentation there is no information about it – cant seem to understand what iconset is this theme using – in comments I see that it should be font-awesome, but syntax is tib_icon icon-cloud … and font awesome icons icons are missing, I cant understand what icons we can use and what not!

I may be different in each version, but in my version do this:
Go to the slider settings – there is “General Settings” accordion on the left. Change “Delay” to requested time in milliseconds.
After that you have to in all slides in all layers change value “End”.

Most probably you are trying to install whole package downloaded from themeforest. Please unzip the file and make sure that you install only the theme zip file.
