Just a heads up. Having installed the ‘creative’ demo, if you uninstall the woocommerce plugin after import it breaks every elementor page. Reactivating the plugin fixes the issue and pages display correctly again.

Are you going to update the theme anytime soon, we’re unfortunately going to need to move on from it otherwise. In our case the reliance of woo commerce being installed and the otherwise unnecessary performance issues that comes with that has really been a burden on performance.

Unfortunately, due to current resource limitations, we don’t have a confirmed timeline for a major update that would remove or reduce the WooCommerce requirement. As a temporary solution, please go to UAE – Header & Footer Builder – Header and remove the cart widget. This may help solve the issue.

Super unhappy. This theme worked fine for over a year. Now I can’t edit anything with Elementor as it won’t load. It just keeps spinning.
The theme is now saying the PHP time limit has to be 300. Almost no hosting offers that or let’s you change it. The theme has handcuffed us.

I am so confused right now and am hoping you can clear this up for me… In Elementor, all of the areas that allow me to edit the site have locks on them. It won’t let me edit anything.

Formerly known as “Elementor Header & Footer Builder” and Sequoia theme inherited, the new plug-in called Ultimate Addons for Elementor Lite is not compatible with the latest updates – the website reports a critical error. When deactivated, the plug-in uninstalls the menu, header and footer.
Is there an option to de-bug it or would you suggest an alternative plug-in?

There’s a plug in incompatibility with the new Elementor updates that crashes the websites using this plug in. The faulty plug in is Sequoia Widgets. After Elementor updated to version 3.26, Sequoia Widgets stops working crashing the site. Please update.

Thank you very much, yeah, rolling back fixes the issue… for a day, because Elementor auto updates every day (even though auto updates are disabled for Elemntor from Wordpress itself) and I have to roll back each morning

Ok, Solved it. I manually updated Sequoia Widgets 1.03 to 1.04 and it works! The Elementor updated updated only the theme, but not the plugins

Lack of Screenshots and Logs: I regret that I cannot provide screenshots or error logs. At the time I encountered the issues, my priority was keeping my website operational due to an urgent project deadline. I tried to install the Sequoia template three times, and each time my site faced disruptions. I ended up delivering my work without using your theme because of these complications.
Not a Purchase Made in Error: I chose the Sequoia template based on thorough research and the trust I placed in the reputation of Power Elite Author.
Not a Usability Challenge: My difficulty arises only when integrating the Sequoia template with Elementor Pro, with which I am fully familiar.
Not Due to Missing Features: While I recognize that the theme includes the features described on ThemeForest, my request isn’t based on missing features but technical issues when trying to integrate the theme.
I Did Explore the Demo: Before making the purchase, I explored the demo and trusted that the product would operate as expected.
I understand and respect your company’s policies, but given my specific circumstances, my request doesn’t fit into the categories you’ve listed as ineligible for a refund. It’s frankly frustrating to be in this position, and I’m simply seeking a fair resolution: a refund.

Active Link not working, there is no indicator showing of active link please share how to do this?
Suppose there are some links showing in navbar like Home, Contact, About etc. When I click on Contact then Contact link in the navbar should active show background color change or underline any indicator that this shows we are in Contact page. So how to do this, because I purchased your theme but by default this is not working.
Thank you for the clarification, in the theme the header links appearance depends on the Header template settings, the theme couldn’t control it, as the feature comes due to the Elementor Header/Footer builder plugin by default. You can manage your site header template under the wp-admin > appearance > Elementor header/footer builder section by editing active header template

Great theme overall. After using more thank 50 themes, I can say I was the quickest with this one. This theme uses the builder modules to offer extra options without implementing the hassle of theme options and going through hell configuring them and interfering with builder options. Very recommending and definitely buying myself for future projects.
