is typescript version avilable?

Hello I am setting up the template and did ‘Npm Install’ and then ‘Npm Start’ to view on my browser so that I could see the changes I make in VS Code but when the browser opens, it shows the yellow wording “Loading” for a second then its just a white screen with nothing on it. I re-downloaded it to and redid everything again but the same thing is happening. Do you know why it is doing this?

Hello. I just bought this theme and i see that first, the react version used on this project is pretty old, many things are deprecated now, i was wondering if you were going to update it. Also, im trying to fetch some data from an api with useState and useEffect but this components are not made in the regular way of a simple arrow function and export, so i would love a quick explanation of how can i make them. I tried looking at the docs but didn’t take me far… Thanks!

This template has too many bugs when it comes to making the different parts dynamic, everything is out of order, everything tends to fail with respect to the design, it has really complicated my work and I have been left in a bad way with a client for this reason.
