Hi, i have purchased this theme and activated it. After that I have error and I deleted my WordPress. but what happened was that I couldn’t activate my premium theme again. When I enter the purchase code it always shows “License is already active on maximum allowed product instances, please deactivate this license from active instance(s) and try again!”. Where can I find deactivate this license from active instance(s). Even though my website domain has not changed and is still the same.

Is it possible to remove the footer text “© KeyDesign Themes. All rights reserved.” from the website?
Hi there! Yes, you can remove the footer text by overwriting the footer template. Just go to your site admin area > Footers > create a new template and assign it to the footer location, then use Elementor to build your own structure.
Alternatively, if you’d like to hide the footer completely, edit the page with Elementor > click the Page Settings button (gear icon) > go to the Style tab and check the Footer settings.

The promotional video is not included in the theme package either. For similar video templates, we recommend exploring VideoHive, where you can find a wide range of professional templates to suit your needs.

Facing major issues on our website(stohrm.in) after today’s plugin update of Elementskits and KeyDesign Framework.

The regular text element of Elementor is not working on my website and I am only able to use Heading element of the theme to add content on the website. My website is: https://growleads.io/ . Sadly the issue is not resolved.
Initially, I do not have any available updates for KeyDesign Framework Plugin. I updated the ones that available to update but the ‘text element’ is not properly working yet. Any text added on that element is not visible.
Please resolve it at the earliest.

Hello, I pasted the same CSS in my custom CSS section, but it seems that it doesn’t work as well. While using a text element in any section – when I stay on the ‘visual’ mode and type anything, it does not appear in the text box. Not just that the color is white or something, but it does not appear at all. And when I switch it to text version, then it appears and disappears when I again switch to the visual mode or try to publish it. This is refraining me to create any new pages or posts even when I have a paid theme and this is like a sad situation. What should I do now?

Guys, you have an amazing well built theme.. Why not just fix the saving issue and rocket these sales?? People are complaining and I just told a client I couldnt work this theme because of the saving issues..
