I have all the required plugins for your theme. I was using Elementor and it was saving correctly but now when I try to I get an “Server Error (303)”
Do you know why this is? Have you seen this before?
I’ve checked logs and see these:

Hi we opened a ticket with Elementor and they mentioned to “Delete old revisions of the same page by applying a optimization plugin. A common cause of “Server Error 500” is that WordPress saved too many page revisions, and the server can’t handle saving the same page anymore.” They recommended using https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-sweep/ Is this plugin compatible with your theme?

1) You don’t need Elementor Pro to use our theme. All the starter sites and main landing pages are built with the free version of Elementor. If you decide to purchase Elementor Pro later, our theme is fully compatible with it, but it’s not required.
2) Yes, you can install the theme in a subdirectory. If you plan to install it on both the main domain and a subdirectory, please share more details so we can better assist you.
3) That plugin is not included with our theme. You can explore more about it directly on this website.

1) Using the theme in a sub directory
If you’re looking to use different demo designs as separate pages within a single subdirectory, you can import multiple starter sites and use their Home pages for various features. However, keep in mind that each starter site comes with its own set of global colors and fonts, which will be imported each time you add a new site. Our support team is here to assist if you need help setting up the theme in multiple directories.
2) Does your theme support Webp?
While the theme doesn’t natively support WebP images, you can easily add this functionality by installing an external plugin that converts your site’s images to the WebP format.
3) Can you show me pages for case studies and case details? Can you show me pages with service list and service details?
You can explore theme theme internal pages by visiting our live preview website. Additionally, if you’d like to create custom pages, we offer over 700 template blocks that you can mix and match to design your pages just the way you want.

Hi,
I’m using this demo https://sierra.keydesign.xyz/analytics/pricing/ and added an Advanced Toggle to the pricing container for Monthly / Annually like in this demo https://sierra.keydesign.xyz/pages/pricing-modern/.
But the pricing containers move with animation anytime I toggle them. How can I disable their animation in this case (or site wide)?

The most recent update broke a lot of the posts – it says we need to update the KeyDesign Framework so you might need to take a look at updating soon please!

Before I evaluate the purchased product. The developer does not offer what I promise. 1. You have to install Elementor – install and at the start you will receive a lot of options, purchases, entering different licenses! 2. Demo page – does not install correctly, lots of errors. I have all the requirements met – this is not what I expected.
Elementor – opens in 60-90 seconds. Sometimes faster. Sometimes the page is not responding.
Hello, 1) Yes, our theme uses Elementor, and you have to install it. We offer as many options/features as possible, so another plugin ( an add-on) is also required. This process takes a few seconds/minutes, and it’s done once ( when the theme is installed). All WordPress themes work the same; nothing is new or different here. If the demo content is not importing well and your backend editor is slow, it most likely is a problem with your server ( either low resources or some misconfiguration). That’s why:

Well, I guess I’m unlucky (I have all server and setup conditions met). Elementor jumps like crazy for me (try moving the container to another place – the whole page locks up and stops responding).
You wrote in the description that the page speed is very fast 99% but when I check google page speed it shows 50%

On the link you’ve posted, the page speed is over 90% on the desktop tab. On mobile, yes, on our presentation website, it is 50% because the way Google page speed works now is to analyze how the page renders. If you enable animations ( like we have ), the indicator will be lower even if the loading speed is the same. Since this is a presentation site, we prioritize visuals/animations over page speed. Not to mention that this is a WordPress multisite, and we can’t enable some optimization features like combining JS files and more. If you like our theme, try it out, and it is not good/fast enough, we will refund your money. Thank you.

I would like to bring to your attention that this theme is not compatible with PHP 8.2v. The site breaks whenever we switch to PHP 8.2v. But it is working fine under 8.1v. But due to security and IT compliance reasons we would like to use 8.2v. Can you please check and confirm about its compatibility with PHP 8.2v? Thank you!

Similar to this elementor widget, I am looking for one with next options:
- to show a single product anywhere, and to have the ablity to show or hide different informations.
- to have an option to choose from 3 different paths for the button: Add to cart, Go to product page, Custom link.
- when you have a variable product, to have the option to show only 2 of 5 attributes, for example, and when I click on the button to go to product page, these 2 to be autoselected
