after installing the dependencies for the Admin app and trying to start the application, i'm getting many errors related to syntax, modules... each time I resolve 1 issue, i get another...

It seems working fine with yarn install and given steps in the documentation try with clear cache and check it. Could you please share more details of the issue you are facing via support? The layout doesn't work.
The TypeScript configuration is simply Javascript with all interfaces as any, which doesn't add anything.
In addition, I've been trying to contact support for several days to get help running it, but I haven't been able to.
I followed the documentation and it doesn't work.
I hope to get support or a refund.
