hello, We are using your theme with the Unyson plugin. After updating or using the plugin, we are facing the following issues:

Homepage is broken and some sections are not appearing.

Elementor editor is not fully loading — only the left panel shows “loading,” and drag & drop does not work.

PHP warnings in the logs related to Unyson:

Blank Homepage: Even though the index.php file is present, the website homepage is showing a blank page.

Elementor Editing Error: While trying to edit pages with Elementor, the following error appears: “There has been a critical error on this website.”

Could you please confirm:

The PHP version and other server requirements that the theme is compatible with.

If the issue is related to the hosting provider, kindly provide the detailed server requirements necessary for the theme to function correctly.

I installed the theme and made a mistake and lost it before backing it up. When I rebuilt the website, I used the child theme .zip, as recommended. The loading screen is now a spinning dial and before it was the wifi waves. I would like to know how to change that back to the wifi waves loading animation.

I have a problem when trying to upload the Demo Content Install (SkyMax Demo) in WordPress. It installs but when I try to view the site it ends up loading forever and never opens. I think their might be an error with the code because the demo wont function

1. Does this theme support products purchased for a monthly subscription? 2. Does this theme support a discount if a customer chooses an annual payment instead of a monthly payment? 3. Does this theme support addons for products? i.e. base monthly subscription is $50 but if you add X, Y, Z the monthly subscription increases?
