Using safari the (Landing Video 1) video does not run.

I’m trying to change the template color but it works only partially. I’m using the color/index-11.html I’ve included the css for color-11 to my file, it changed the main background to red, but fonts and other background objects remained in blue. Why is it so difficult? Documentation also is outdated.

When I update the white-button through WPBakery with a new url, it works fine. I click update and edit WPBakery but the button url directs us to ”#” instead of the new url. I’ve checked the background classic editor and the url is still the correct page, but for some radon # over-rides our selected url. Please advise

Hi, I’m using the theme on my site, but it always has huge gaps between the rows. When I click edit with WP Bakery, the gaps go away, but when I exit the editor, they appear again?

How can i change main color?

I just purchased the Sofbox theme. Is there any documentation? I couldn’t find any readme, rtf, txt, or other support files in the zip.

Great theme, very clean! I, too, would like the images that you are allowed to give me that goes along with this theme. Also, there is something that happens when I edit the code, then look at the live update, it seems whatever the last character of the sentence is added to the front of the sentence. Like, if there is a question mark at the end of a sentence, in the code, it all looks well, but on the site, the question mark would be the FIRST character…its weird…any idea? Thanks in advance..

Hi, im installing the theme on a php script, everything look great!! the problem is on the console i see a lot of errors looking for images like this.

images/logo@2x.png 404 (Not Found)

This must be related to the javascript, but i cant find any solutions, i have to mention y move the files and fix the location lines, for example.

images/services/icon1.png change to images/landing/services/icon1.png

Hope you can give me a clue on how to fix it or what is causing the issue, so i can fix it, the theme is great by the way. Thanks a lot
