Where do I reach you for item support?

I see the color scheme style files but I don’t see where to switch them, can you please help?

We can feel your dilemma. Please refer to the documentation. We are sure you will get your fix there. However, you can write to us at support@iqonicthemes.com so that we can get your issue resolved.

What does Iqonic’s support cover?

We have a dedicated support team to read your question, address it to the respective in-house team and get you status and fixes. Our support generally covers basic setup assistance, troubleshooting any product features, and any bug fixes that may arise. We are afraid we cannot provide support for customizations or 3rd party plugins. If you need help with customizations of your theme then you can hire us. Feel free to write to us on design@iqonicthemes.com.

What is the usual support schedule?

We wish we could have said around the clock, but we love our team and allow them some free time. We are located in India, so you can expect your support queries to be answered from Monday through Saturday from 9:00 to 18:00 IST. We love our clients even more which makes us work a mile extra by being as responsive as we can considering different timezones. We check support all throughout the day but generally reply times can be up to 24-48 hours.

What do I do if I do not get a quick response or when it takes longer than usual to get a revert?

Well, we try our best this should not happen, but if for some reason we missed getting in touch with you, you can count on the following things:

1. Ensure you have installed the latest version of Sofbox. 2. You can check the changelog on that is at the end of the theme. 3. Read the online documentation for the answer to your question. 4. You can disable additional 3rd party plugins you may have installed to see if it fixes the issue. 5. And If you cannot find the answer to your question, fret not, we will get back to you to earliest we can. You can drop a follow-up email at design@iqonicthemes.com to expedite the request.
