i want to activate the theme, but after paste the purchase code, nothing happen. What can i do?

I wanted to update the plugin “stamp_framework” and I got the following message: “Error! This license is already registered…” But this was the test website and the license key is used only on the live website. How can I fix the error?

I wanted to update it, because it cause a fatal error:

Well I cant even use this theme if you could please help me as the one thing i need is Stamp Framework it is outdated and will not update without it I cant use the theme I have tried everything to get the right plugin update

Hi. I’m not able to update Stamp Framework and WP Bakery Visual Composer. I downloaded and updated the theme but on trying to update these two plugins, I get a Download failed. Not Found message. Can you help please? Thank you.

In total its been one of the best themes i ve ever worked ! Well done on this!! However I am trying to add a more button or continue reading line with no success. Any ideas ?

a friend who is not tech savvy has this theme and their developer disappeared. the WPBakery Page Builder plugin is active, and WPBakery Visual Composer is deactivated and will not activate. In the settings for WPBakery Page Builder.. we try setting default template for pages/posts etc .. there is only one available and we get the error “Default template for post types” .. and when editing the pages, only the raw code from wpbakery editor appears in the new wordpress block editor. ie: [vc_row bk_type=”pirenko_super_width…..

While editing the same page, if we go to options settings under advanced panels .. WPBakery Page Builder is enabled .. but there is no way to make it appear as the editor. their STAMP version is 2.0 .. it doesn’t indicate needing updating but I am wondering if that is that up to date .. or hopefully you have some other advice. thank you in advance

Hi, I think I have found a small bug on your theme or at least an incompatibility with the WPML plugin.

It is impossible to edit the text in the socket of the main language version (English). I entered my custom text in theme options > footer > extra after footer text, but the default text you entered continues to appear in my socket [2014 – All rights reserved. Proudly developed with WordPress].

The wpml plugin assistance didn’t solve the problem (see video: https://www.loom.com/share/efba26d54dbe43968db7da005b221692 ). How do I go about updating the text in my socket?

I am waiting, hoping to be able to solve … because it is really bad to see the year 2014 and not being able to update it!

I am writing to you because I have a problem: I have installed the WPML multilingual plugin that has changed the socket (space after footer text) and I cannot in any way restore the text I had entered. can you help me? How can I delete the text of the plugin defaults and make my text appear again?

Huh, strange. I did purchase it, though my support has expired. Though I wouldn’t think that an issue when something I did purchase has disappeared?

The icons url seems to no longer work. Is there a new icon list?

Something went wrong on the last update. When I activate the Stamp framework plugin there’s an error:
