I can’t understand the trend here in theme forest & prices Range , how one page design become 9$ and some others template more than 8 pages become 10 $ only

Strange forms, How do you plan to code it? Looks like a lot of images will be instead of html/css.

Somenthing will be images, but whatever it can be done with html5 and css3 it will be used.
