Try to replace theme and plugin via cPanel.
No, uninstalled the plugin from plesk. Reinstalled from the Install plugins but always the same error.
Solved, you need to use the exact child theme starting with Stukram, if you use a custom child theme it doesn’t work.
Child theme folder name should be stukram-child.

Hi, I had previously activated the theme on a domain whose database I deleted, now I would like to reactivate the theme on a new domain but it won’t let me do it because it tells me that the theme is still active on the old domain. How can I deactivate it on the other domain now that I no longer have access to that database?

Before moving to the other domain/ subdomain/ Uninstall WordPress setup, you need to deactivate your purchase code from the About Stukram option.
For now, I reset your purchase code. You can use it again.

Updating to Wordpress 6.4.1 destroys the theme (a right column with recent articles appears and it’s impossible to deactivate)

I am not getting’s any issue with latest version of WordPress. Please make sure you are using latest version of the theme.
EXTENDIFY plugin is not required for the theme. Uninstall Stukram plugin and reinstall again from the Appearance > Install Plugins.

There is a bug on the Microsoft Edge version for Portfolio – Vertical.
When you click on to portfolio and click on to ‘Back’ the image of the portfolio is zoomed in. It doesn’t reset.
I found that the issue is coming from this class. Do you have a fix for this?

If I disable this animation it loads the image properly.
The problem is coming from the animation class I mentioned above because if I disable it, it works without a glitch like the images but I would like to have the imgReveal animation working. This is only broken on Microsoft Edge browser.

Hi, your templates elements option don’t allow to add simple code like or . So its impossible to style properly. An example is Pricing Text in Stukrum Pricing List element. It would be great to be able to style text with simple code so its looks more professional on the page.

Hi, I bought template and I think its great. However I bought it for portfolio features and it seems to lack some basic options on ‘Stukram Portfolio’ element for page!
It’s quite important to be able to to control what portfolio items go on a page.
For example it does not have the option to choose specific portfolio single posts and exclude everything else. This is important feature that has been overlooked.
Is it possible that you can add this feature in a coming update?

Ok so i don’t want to choose certain categories I want to choose certain portfolio items. If i have 2 portfolio projects called Project 1 and project 2 in the category Web Design I would like to just choose Project 1 and project 2 to show just these 2 items on a page.
Unfortunately that type option is not available. You can short the posts only by the category name.
So if I want to show just 2 single portfolio items on a page of my choice you are saying that it is not possible? This is basic feature of any portfolio template!
If you want to show any specific portfolio items, then you need to use category name option.
If you want to show 1st 10 Portfolio posts then use “Number of posts to show” option.
If you want to hide 1st 10 portfolios post and want to show rest of them, then use “Post Offset” option.

Those are parallax background section, full image display not possible there. You can use simple image element there.

We have installed the theme in the subdirectory for testing and now we started migrating it to root domain.
Where in it is showing a warning message that the purchase code is already used in the subdirectory..
Kindly please replace or delete the old domain and allow us to reactivate it in the new domain.
