Surreal theme is One Page Parallax Responsive Drupal Theme, it is easy to use and to customize.

1. You can add external store link on another existing website, because the theme does not have included the store module.

2. Remember this is drupal theme and does not support wordpress plugins, if you have background knowledge on Wordpress, use this version for WP: http://themeforest.net/item/surreal-one-page-parallax-wordpress-theme/5175040?WT

Otherwise, if you are newbie on web, this is great start for you, installing and maintaining this theme, is very simple with an detailed documentation.
