Hello, I have installed over 100 themes. From a scale of 1-10 (number 10 being most difficult), how would you rate the difficulty on installing this theme?

- Is it one button? - Back and forth on the forum?? - Is there a page builder? - How many steps are involved in the dummy content installation?

Hello Beantown, I love this template very much! I believe I have the answer but just in case… Before I buy it… Two big questions for you:

1) Can this have a newsletter opt-in box?

2) The revolution slider can be an Intro Video instead OR it must be added then it will be pictures + a video…

I love how your social SVG icons are transparent in the middle (where the social logo is). I think you are using Entypo, but when I search on their site, there aren’t any transparent versions? Is it your code that’s making them transparent? If yes, can I purchase only the relevant code from you, without having to purchase the entire theme???

I love your theme. I would like add a form to collect some data as well. How can I do that with your theme? Also would like to have user registration and login. Can you provide a template for that as well. Or any work around for both? Otherwise it is perfect for what I’m looking for.

I have had nothing but problems with this theme and the support is not very helpful at all. It is inherently slow, the home page is not mobile friendly and the other pages on the site only remain responsive if you use the basic wordpress settings. It does not come with a site map and is very difficult to get recognized in search engines.

Do they have video backgrounds? Define a one page theme? Like Hipster, Can it be made darker? background size without menu and header in center? Thank you.

I just tried to switch my GoDaddy hosting package to their new Wordpress Managed server and it wouldn’t work because the theme’s PHP files are at version 5.2 instead of 5.3.

I really like the fact that I’m able to create a one page website with your them. However, I can’t figure out how to add the menu to an additional page. I also like to know whether I should create an additional page or a portfolio item if you hit a certain link on the one page.

I’ve been using the Swag theme now for quite a while.. I got a comment from a customer that had filled out my contact form and I did not receive an email.. with deeper research I found that no matter if i’m using the built in contact form or the contact form 7 plugin that none are working.. I’d prefer to use the contact form 7 to make multiple forms to fill out.

I have purchased the theme and I’m trying to figure out how to change the fonts for my website. I have read something about changing it in style.css. Is this possible and if so, what if I have the font saved to my hard drive? How would the theme know how to use it and will people see it?

Is it possible to specify different masonry grid image proportions? I need a portrait thumbnail layout for some of my work (vertical, no cropping), like this: https://s3.amazonaws.com/scottdarispublic/masonry-mockup-fuzzed-out.jpg

Also, could there an option to filter the portfolio by both categories and tags like in this example: http://www.universallyacclaimed.com/wp-themes/u-design/four-column-sortable-portfolio/? Even if I need to edit a template or some AJAX, CSS, whatever, I’d like to have this ability to do a double filter. For example: show only works that are SciFi/Fantasy AND Book Covers. Maybe either use tags for the second “category” menu or maybe nested categories that have a parent inside a broader “Genre” category? I don’t know – you’re the professional coder, not me. Then I could show a double filter menu above the portfolio just by showing the 2 created menus? Let me know as soon as possible. Thanks.

Hello, I’m having an issue with my shop using WooCommerce v2.1.0 on WordPress v3.8.1 using your theme Swag v1.7. For some reason when you add a product to cart the “view cart” doesn’t appear. Also if you force the url to go to “cart” page by typing it into the browser there you can proceed to checkout and enter shipping info but there is no “purchase” button to proceed past this screen. Is there an incompatibility with Woo 2.1 and the Swag theme v1.7? Will a patch be available soon? Thanks.
