Hi!
I just purchased the theme and it looks like most of the CSS is not in the source SCSS files.
When I compile the SCSS files, half of the site styles are missing. I’ve located them in the compiled main.css but not in the scss. For example, bg-black in main but not in any of the SCSS files. I can’t attach an image to show the screenshot. Is there a way to get the correct source files?
Thanks!
hi did you check, installation structure in documentation Thank you
Hi, yes, I did check the installation structure. When I run gulp init + gulp start, the CSS is totally broken because the styles are not in the SCSS. I’m testing on the core theme with no modifications to styles or code other than what’s noted below.
Steps to test:
- Rename the css folder to css-old
- I had to modify main.scss because the path for the imports was wrong. It was listed as ../../node_modules and needed to be changed to ../node_modules
- Run gulp compileStyle
—CSS generates, but many styles are missing like bg-black
- Run gulp serve
—Site loads but most styles are missing.
Hello, just wondering if you had a chance to review the issue.
hi, yes thank you and we will consider that change in new update
Do you have an ETA for when that will be available? If it won’t be this week, I’d like to ask for a refund as I can’t use the theme as-is and will need to find another theme.
How do I add my own Images to the portfolio instead of the placeholders?
you can add your photos into main-file/assets/imgs/yourphotors.(jpg| gif|png) folder and call it in your template image tag
