1. Carousel does not support multiple rows. You’ll have to use 2 separate carousel blocks.

2. You can upload your logo from Appearance > Customize > Site Identity > Site Logo. Ref: https://docs.madrasthemes.com/techmarket/topics/faq-3/faq/

Please use a plugin like Safe SVG to be able to upload SVG files.

Why we can’t use multiple rows in same Carousel. if we use two Carousel then Page speed reduced and DOM Size increased second the space between two block creates page design problems. I need a solution for it

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. Slider Revolution is distributed as part of the theme under “In-Stock License” which means you do not need a separate license. However this in-stock license only allows you to use the plugin but not update automatically or activate it. Activation is only required for automatic updates and support access.

We provide support for Slider Revolution and whenever a Slider Revolution update is available, we will download the latest version test it against our theme and bundle it as a theme update. So updating the theme will get you the latest version of Slider Revolution.

Once you had updated your theme, you will have to navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins ( available only if a Slider Revolution update is available ) and update the plugin from this page.

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. Product Categories widget uses WordPress’s core feature. I do not think it is due to the theme. Can you please switch to WooCommerce’s default theme Storefront and check if it works properly there? I’d like to verify if the issue is due to the theme or WPML itself.

You guys gave me the following code for re-arrange the Techmarket Product Categories items order. It works well in Shop page sidebar (both Eng and Chinese) which is in the “Product Filters” widgets region.

However the code did not affect the Techmarket Product Categories widget in “Shop Sidebar 1” widget region which is appears on the shop archive.

My question is: are there any code can also affect the Techmarket Product Categories widget in “Shop Sidebar 1” widget region? I need the shop archive also can rearrange the menu item order. thanks

Thank you for your clarification. Techmarket Product Categories uses the same code as WooCommerce order categories. The product categories uses WordPress’s core get_terms function.

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. In order to combine 2 headers, you’ll have to create a new header and copy the parts from it and custom code it. Once you’ve created your new header, you can replace get_header function in the code with your header version.

Wouldn’t it be easier for them to implement that directly into the theme without having to touch additional code ourselves?

When an update appears I will have to modify this in functions.php again, right? (Thats the big problem)

I have one last question at this point. I uploaded the logo for the web version and it does not fit as it should be the same way it is affecting the mobile version, how can I fix this?

We recommend using child theme for customisations. In this way you can protect your customisations from being overridden during updates.
