We update theme as usual, no worry. Now theme is working fine with all latest version of plugins and latest version of wp.

We update themes regularly, next theme update is scheduled in 2-3 weeks. Themes are always updated.
Revolution slider has been removed from their portfolio unfortunately, so plugin version will remain the same with theme update.

Lots of themes caused this because Rev Slider was removed from Themeforest and Codecanyon market.

You can simply use RV update anytime so, if you have updates RV all the time 
Simply goto wp admin > plugins > add new plugin and upload the latest version.

Thanks for the update. Only you need to delete all plugins to update them.. no normal solution for that? Via “Theme >> Install Required Plugins >> Update”
You don’t need to delete plugins. Wordpress added plugins update, simply goto wp admin panel > plugins > add new, add zip file. And after upload wordpress will ask you to replace plugin from old version to new. Do the same for theme update.

Tnx. But normally there is an update option at “Appearance” >> “Install Plugins” >> choose “Update.” That isn;t there with Craft.
Ps. the latest plugin zip “wprt-addons” contains Version 1.0. The site all ready has V 1.2.. Please check also. Merci.
Simply update WPRT plugin, we started from 1.0 because it was a big update. We started as a new.

To update plugins, you need to re-download theme full zip pack from themeforest and you will find plugins latest version in “plugins” folder.

Hello, you use WPBakery and Rev Slider with our developers license, so no need to activate plugins, they are working fine without activation, simply leave that activation message. Activation codes are created in case if you would like to have your own separate license.
They are indeed working fine but the versions are lagging behind and this, for me is a security concern. In such case you should update the theme each time one of those gets updated, I guess. As of now slider revolution is 3 versions behind and WPBakery is one version behind. Plus, I can not automate the update process without the license keys.
Latest plugins versions comes with theme updates. When you will get and email about theme update latest plugins versions you will find in “plugins” folder.

When we have more then 30 variations on the woo-commerce product its give me error. “This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.”
Even i increase the variation limit to 250 and even added the stock value but still the same problem. its working fine for 30 variations only only but if we have more then 30 its showing problem.

Hello. The theme is great. But I found I unusual mistake with WPML plugin. The products by German don’t display, but I can see all product with any others theme. Does somebody have problem with WPML?
Wpml works fine, problem is not with theme.
Can you give recommend how can I find problem? The errata is about product variations not being visisble. In my case, the taxonomy archive page is not picking up any products. The problem is only with your theme active.
So, my support has done about months ago. I’m not ready to buy new, if this problem not with the theme….

Theme latest update include WPBakery 6.6.0 for sure. Re-download full theme zip pack and in “plugins” folder you will find “js_composer.zip” file, upload it as a new plugin and replace with existing plugin version of WPBakery on your WP installation.

Hi, I just updated my WordPress. My theme, all plugins and PHP language to the latest versions. Now I am getting an error message regarding the function.php file. I haven’t touched it. So it is related to the latest theme version. I guess there is something wrong with the coding. It is giving a E_COMPILE_ERROR and it says:/themes/thecraft/framework/visual-composer-custom-row.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/RZphp71/includes’)

Theme contain latest version of wp bakery for sure.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Theme have a new update now. So this is very important update to make theme compatible with WP 5.6. Follow this info:
1. Redownload latest version of theme from themeforest. Then update theme files, and plugins: Revolution Slider, Theme Addons Plugin for WPBakery Plugin, WPBakery plugin.
2. You can update plugins by simply deleting and uploading new theme and plugins folder via ftp
3. Or you can update plugins the following way: goto wp admin panel > plugins > deactivate and delete noted above plugins, first delete Theme Addons Plugin for WPBakery Plugin, then other plugins. Then goto wp admin panel > appearance > themes. Delete Theme. Then upload new theme version and install and activate all recommended plugins ( new versions will be installed )
4. In page builder row element full width maybe will need to be re-assigned, because this option code was re-created in new version
5. Backup your website before updates.

It looks like you updated WP to 5.6 version, that’s why all your issues came. Theme have a new update now. So this is very important update. Follow this info:

Hi. I acquired TheCraft with my envato elements account. I installed the theme, all the recommended plugins (including WPBakery) and then did the “one click import” process. The pages are displayed correctly, but when I try to edit a page with WPBakery’s front end editor, it all appears blank and I cannot edit anything. What could be done in order to fix this?
It is WPBakery issue, you need to wait theme near update with latest WPBakery version inside to update that plugin and all will work fine again. Use backend editor until theme update pls.
