I purchased your theme as it looked great at the beginning. But after installed your theme, very disappointed!

Bugs; - Doesn’t work properly on Wordpress 5.4 – 6.0. - Your theme requires to get installed WPBakery Visual Composer plugin. But it needs a license. - After imported your demo content, I visited a theme customize page. But no edit button doesn’t show on each sections. For other themes, the edit buttons are shown that is quite useful. - There is no left side menu in the theme. - The code windows in the installed theme don’t have line number and copy button. It shows only code inside a box. - ...

I just installed the-guide-theme and also wanted to import all the demo files. But most of the files mentioned in the documentation are missing in the zip-data I downloaded after purchasing.

Hello, I have install your theme but it seems that some files missing! Or you develop theme not clean! If I review demo Page “Getting started, Beginning” and compare it with our demo page i cant open the folder structure and also not see that “copy” button on your code content, line numbers as well missing …. If i review backend your theme options also show blank code “

This text is displayed below the options panel. It isn’t required, but more info is always better! The footer_text field accepts all HTML.

The Visual Composer options were very limited if you’re looking to use this theme to actually build a Documentation site – no options to insert tables, code blocks, etc, so you’ll need to manually use the css classes.

That’s fine if you’re familiar with html, but if the documentation site has a few authors that require a shared UI, it’s not usable.

Hi I’m trying to install the demo content but see a lot of missing files in the data_export folder (as per your documentation), and also couldn’t download the necessary plugins properly. Any help would be appreciated.

we bought this theme and we are having problems with basic stuff like changing colors – which is not possible at all, removing author and date from page, changing font for the top menu, visual composer has no borders – margins, bakery page builder is not activated. Generally very hard to navigate and work with. For a $100 theme I really expect more.

Need help ASAP.

Hello, i purchased TheGuide to create a Software documentation easy. my highlight was the code view and File-Tree in the demo. Now it seems, this is only be done by hard html-coding. Sure, i can do this, but therefore i don’t need the theme. i thought i was a visual builder object…

Hello, i have bought “The-Guide” Theme and want to use the Demo Content. I have installed the theme in my Wordpress Instance and get a notification about installing the plugins: Visual Composor and Contact Form 7. But i am not able to install the Plugin “Revolution Slider” that way. I know that the Plugin is needed to use the theme in the right way but i have no idea how to get it. Its not accessible via the WP Plugin-Store. Hope you are able to help.

Hi, I purchased the theme, did a fresh wordpress install and added the theme and all the plugins as well as the demo content. Everything works okay except for the responsive menu at the top. I added each menu to each section, but they are not animated as in the demo and each section is not highlighter. Also, the font the menu uses is not the same. Any help? The documentation doesn’t mention anything. Thanks.
