Hi, I couldn’t create a topic for your support forums. My question is why the slide show says, “There is nothing to show here! Slider with alias Home not found.” and WPBakery Page Builder plugin is asking me for license activation… where can I get the license? I have already bought the theme is the license included in the theme?

Is this multi vendor ticket marketplace? How do various ticket sellers receive their payment? Can I integrate any woocommerce payment plugin?

First of all i love the theme. It looks great. Now the “but”: Since i updated the theme the headers are not shown anymore, i am not sure what happened there.

Does this template allow for the creation of a landing page where visitors can register for the event by filling out various form details, receive a .pdf ticket via email, and at the event, I can scan the QR code on the ticket to validate that they are indeed registered attendees?

Why would you guys include a free plugin for me after buying a premium theme?? The event tickets plugin is free version. Now I am limited by what I can do. I can’t even take payment with woocommerce? Why can’t I just buy the premium plugin and use a free theme?

Please can you explain this to me because I am confused.

Hi, Why is it not possible to update the WPBakery Page Builder plugin and other premium plugins to the latest version as they are already outdated ?

E.g. WPBakery Page Builder 6.9.0 (version from 2022-04-07) to 7.0 (2023-07-31).

In 6.13.0 even security relevant changes were made.

This is also possible with other templates.

Hello my friend! Well, Im very interested in your theme.. amazing! Id like to ask you some points before purchasing, please:

1) Every end customer (person attending the party) must create an account on the site and will have a personal account for his/her tickets.. events..

2) And each of my clients (event) must have the master account; The master account will create the event, description, price batches, etc and have full access to all things about his created events/parties.

The end customer account: Will create an account, specify their preferred styles of parties/events .

3) Admin account must have full access for everything

4) Is there an option where the user, after purchasing the ticket, can transfer it to another user on the site? For example, using the purchase email?

5) The QR code expires after being scanned for the first time, correct?

Does the theme work like this? If not, can you please tell me how it works and some details, please?

I am assuming this is multi vendor platform. So How do I get commissions if multi vendors are able to post their events? Or do the the multiple vendors pay a fee to me for posting their events? Thanks

The goals is to sell tickets with different pricing based on the user role (registered earlier). Is this possible? Does this theme support woocommerce in general ? Do you support multiple attendees per event with custom field for these attendees? Any attendees based registration / management system for the events?

Your demo is using an obsolete and unsupported version of TEC. Do you have demo with v6.x?

I need the codes to activate WP Bakery please – it says it is included but it needs updating but I don;t have any licence code for this?
