This is not even made with Tailwind. There is no tailwind config after checking the code. Damn! I thought I need better to read some reviews first before want to purchase
I thought it was made with Tailwind, but there are at least 2000 (more or less) lines of vanilla CSS too (excluding Tailwind classes) which now I have to convert to Tailwind as much as I can.
The description talks about Next.js v13+ from which someone can safely assume it's using the latest app router, but the template still uses the pages router. This is not much of an issue, but somewhat misleading. The real issue is that every section is on a single page, I mean what's the point of using Next.js if we're going to build a single-page application? React is better for this purpose.
The CSS files are also bloated with unused CSS classes. Take the owl carousel, it's not used in the app, but its CSS is present in assets/plugins.css.
Let's see how these issues affect the performance & SEO of the application. the description says it's SEO optimized. How?
when
- you have 3.5mb+ of CSS assets.
- it's a single-page application.(every page loads on first load)
The author should address these issues.
Thanks.

Thank you for your good support
It looks nice however there is no system to actually add new blog posts or portfolio pieces of work - the modal context is just fixed. The code also seems to be designed for a one page app (using # for navigation instead of unique page URIs) despite not being able to scroll between pages.
