everything’s updated but loses the entire theme format when updating elementor. paid for support 3 times now dont feel like doing it again.

Hi! I purchased and imported this theme onto our dev site. However, after 3 tries and going through all the proper procedures and even doing the import manually, the site still does not show all elements—e.g.images are either not there or different.
I would appreciate your urgent assistance on this matter.

This theme is no longer compatible with the latest version of Elementor. Is this going to be updated?
We can confirm our theme works with the latest version of WordPress and Elementor. Please make sure you are using the latest version of the theme and all recommended plugins. There is a changelog at the bottom of the item description listing updates.

I am using version 2.0. When I update Elementor and Elementor Pro, the front-end stops working. The only thing that gets it working again is deactivating Elementor. My support window has ended so I can’t submit a ticket. I feel like I shouldn’t have to buy more support when this should just work
Please make sure you are also using the latest version of the Progression Elements plugin. The changelog covers when that was updated.

How to add more images than just a featured image to portfolio? On our work page only one image per category is showing up and once clicked on it shows only large image. Can it be linked somewhere else? Thanks.
You can choose to link to a page or an image for each portfolio post. There is a post link option at the bottom.

I had to disable Progression Theme Elements – Tradesmen plugin for site to work. If the plugin is enabled, the site loader only spins and nothing else is loading. Thanks.
Make sure you are using the latest version of the theme and Progression Elements plugin. We have a changelog on the item page that displays version numbers and information on updates. It sounds like you just need to update the Progression Elements plugin and you should be good to go.

Please check to ensure you are using version of the theme (1.8) If so, simply deactivate AND delete the Progression Elements plugin. Then install the new version under Appearance > Install Plugins. You can also find the latest version of the plugin within the /Plugins/ folder of your download.

Hi Team,
I have installed through WP the theme zip Tradesmen-Theme.zip which was extracted from the initial zip folder downloaded here.
Upon installing theme – There is NO option to import demo data – I have tried removing and reinstalling and I am at a loss as to why? Has never happened to me before with other themes. Would love some assistance to figure out why I cannot import the demo data and why it doesnt even give me the option to do so.

Is there an update to the most current version of Wordpress? We can no longer view featured images in the header on several pages.
All of our themes including Tradesmen work with the latest version of WordPress. You can find a changelog at the bottom of the item description which lists updates. Note: There should be no issue as you are describing with any of the versions of the theme. I’d start by checking any third party plugins you have added to see if that is the issue.

How can we upload the DEMO content? We have uploaded the Wordpress file but it did not include the demo content.

Are images included or just placeholders?
The demo data includes all the images shown in the live preview. We of course recommend replacing them or purchasing the stock images for any you want to use. The construction specific images in the live preview can be found on shutterstock.com.

We are looking to replace many images, but esp the 2 banner images. It appears on inspection they measure 1426×359 pixels — very panoramic — true? I couldn’t seem to find the links to the actual images … they must be buried in a CSS file.
Also, it looks like you added WooCommerce … we won’t need it. And frankly, probably very few tradesman would bother with online orders. Easy to uninstall of course. Lately, I’ve become a fan of Ecwid.
1) The page title recommended size is 1600×600. However you can adjust this image as needed. Most content images all are resizable so you can adjust them as well as the ratio.
2) Yes, WooCommerce support is included with the theme. That being said if you don’t want to use WooCommerce, simply de-activate the plugin and you are good to go.

Yeah, on mobile we do not have the sticky header. This is for usability reasons as the menu takes up too much of the screen. Of course if you wanted to keep the menu sticky on mobile, that would be super easy to adjust.

Sorry but we do not have RTL support built-in. If you wanted to add-in RTL, you would need to do so via the WordPress documentation: https://codex.wordpress.org/Right_to_Left_Language_Support

1) Yeah, our theme is SEO optimized. If you are looking to optimize SEO, we recommend using the Yoast SEO plugin. It will work great with our theme.
2) We build all of your sites with speed in mind. The entire theme .zip you install is only 2.3mb. ThemeForest actually has speed requirements now so all newer themes are tested and optimized.
3) Yes, you can easily switch items on/off as needed.

I can not get to the support page. Elementor has stopped working with the theme. I hit edit and I get “This page isn’t working – didn’t send any data. ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE”

How can I change the header image in every page?
You can control the header image on every page under Appearance > Customize > Body > Page Title. If you want a custom header on a specific page, you can edit the page and scroll down to page settings. There you will see an option for a custom page title background per page.
