Hey, I’m having serious issues with your Tronix theme. The One Click Demo Import keeps failing with a 500 Internal Server Error. After enabling debug mode, I found this fatal error:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: json_decode(): Argument #1 ($json) must be of type string, WP_Error given ... in tronix-core/inc/tronixcore-functions.php on line 156
This clearly comes from the Tronix Core plugin. It’s trying to json_decode() a WP_Error, which crashes the import. I’ve already increased my PHP limits (memory_limit, execution time, upload size, etc.), so it’s not a server config issue.
This basically makes the demo import unusable. Can you please:
Release a fix/update for the Tronix Core plugin.
Or provide working manual demo import files (XML, WIE, Customizer).
I really like the design of the theme, but right now the importer is broken and it’s blocking me from setting up the site.

You can check the slug in the theme options. If you change the slug, make sure to update the permalink as well. After updating the team slug, go to Settings > Permalinks and click the Save Changes button to refresh the links.

Very nice, I’d say everything works perfectly except for the icon issue reported and resolved as indicated. I tried overriding the footer newsletter widget via a child theme, but I wasn’t able to. I’d like to remove the newsletter block in the “template four” footer and replace it with an HTML block. How can I do that?

Hi, I’d like to clarify an issue I’m having with the blog widget on the homepage — and also ask if maybe I’m missing a setting on my end.
Here’s the situation:
On the homepage, I use the blog widget to display 3 posts by default.
In the widget settings, I enable pagination and the pagination links appear below the posts as expected.
However, when I click on any page number (2, 3, etc.), the homepage reloads but the blog section still shows the same 3 posts from page 1. The content doesn’t change.
So the pagination visually appears, but it doesn’t actually function, it always stays on page 1.
This is not something I can show with a screenshot, because the page looks the same no matter which pagination link I click.
Could this be a bug, or is there any setting I might have missed? Please let me know what might be causing this, and how to fix or troubleshoot it.

There’s also a separate issue I’ve noticed while creating or editing blog posts (or any post/page content):
The editor does not allow text alignment, I can’t align paragraphs to the left, right, center, or justify. The alignment options are missing or simply do nothing.
Pressing Enter doesn’t add space between paragraphs. All the text stays in one block, which is not acceptable for proper formatting.
Even when I try to apply manual justify alignment using inline CSS or editor buttons, nothing changes, the formatting is ignored.
Headings are broken up incorrectly at the end of long lines. The system hyphenates or wraps them in strange ways.
The title and excerpt/description fields don’t allow any control over font size or spacing, there’s no way to customize or resize them at all.
It feels like the editor has serious limitations or something is blocking basic formatting functionality.
Can you please review this and let me know:

Hello, I purchased the Tronix theme I’m having trouble editing pages with Elementor. When the required TronixCore plugin is active, Elementor won’t load — it times out or freezes. When I deactivate TronixCore, Elementor loads fine — but my page content breaks because the plugin is required for the theme. I’ve already tried increasing memory, disabling debug, and testing other plugins. Can you please provide an updated version of the TronixCore plugin or help fix this conflict with Elementor?
