Hello,

After updating the “Boosted Elements” plugin to the latest version 4.3, the front-end of the site stops working. This situation is observed even on a clean installation. If you disable the plugin or rollback to version 4.2, the problem disappears and the front-end site works again. I will be grateful for the answer and help. WordPress 5.6.1, PHP 7.2.34

I went ahead and updated the theme files to include this. You can find the latest version under /Additional Files/Plugins/

Hello, I sent you a message. The problem is only partially solved.

We have responded to your question via email. If you have any other issues, feel free to reply to the email.

Hello,

After updating the site to WordPress 5.6 there was a problem with fonts and theme settings.

The problem was temporarily solved only by installing the plugin “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper”. But I am not satisfied with this option, I had to roll back the site to WordPress 5.5.3

WordPress jQuery: 3.5.1

Theme: Unit Five Progression jQuery.fn.load() is deprecated /wp-content/themes/unit-five-progression/js/script.js

Plugin: Boosted Elements jQuery.browser is deprecated /wp-content/plugins/boosted-elements-progression/assets/js/video-backgrounds.js

We can confirm our theme works great in WordPress 5.6. You should not need the migrate helper plugin. Make sure you are using the latest version of our theme and plugins.

Hello,

Thank you for your response. I think you are right, it is very likely that this problem with JS errors is due to one plugin. I am trying to find a solution to the problem, and my additional tests show that the UnitFive theme is really not the problem. It seems one plugin I use to extend WordPress functionality doesn’t work well in a WordPress 5.6.x environment, but works well in WordPress 5.5.3. I thank you for your response and confirm that the UnitFive theme has no compatibility issues with WordPress 5.6.x.

Glad everything got sorted out. If you have any other questions, feel free to open a support ticket. We are happy to help out: http://support.progressionstudios.com

No pricing table elements?

Yes, we have a pricing table page builder element built-in to the theme. We don’t have a demo of this as pricing tables are fairly common. We also have accordions, tabs, etc. built-in to the theme.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Is your latest theme compatible with elementor’s version 2.5.x And will upgrading the free elementor that comes with the theme to the paid version will keep everything in place or will we lose all the pre-set data and will have to build everything again?

Yeah, this theme works with the latest version of Elementor. Also, if you would like to use the pro version from Elementor, that will work great with our theme.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi. I want to know if we’ll be able to use sections from different demos as well if we choose a certain demo? like can we use a combination of sections from different demos for a creating a page?

Yeah, we include demo data for all of the demos. You can easily mix/match content, sliders, and more from other demo examples.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi there,

I’ve been working on the “blog” page of my website but I’m not satisfied and I’m trying to go back to the default blog layout, the one that comes with the theme (corporate demo). I don’t seem to have it in the “history” anymore…is there any way I can just re-import the blog page demo? The rest of the website is already customized and I wouldn’t want to redo all of the work. Thank you for your answer

Yeah, you should be able to easily replicate the blog page. Go ahead and open a support ticket along with a link to the page you are trying to edit: http://support.progressionstudios.com

Hello,

Is it possible to switch license from one site to another later if I decide to abandon the earlier site?

Yes, you can switch the license as you are describing. The Regular License works for one site at a time. If you switch sites, that is no problem as long as the old one no longer uses the theme (or is abandoned).

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi elementor is (pro)? or free version?

We include the free version of Elementor along with the premium page builder add-on Boosted: https://codecanyon.net/item/boosted-elements-wordpress-page-builder-addon-for-elementor/20225210 This is included at no additional charge. Elementor Pro is a separate product and cannot be bundled with themes.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi there, following some “beginner mistakes” I made with the newly installed theme (nothing to do with the theme itself, I just deleted all pages and find myself stuck), I am afraid I have to reset the my Wordpress and start from scratch. Question: does Unit Five have an option to re-import all of its content? Thank you for your answer

Sure, you can easily reset your WordPress installation using a reset plugin like this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/

You can then import all the demo data again under Appearance > Import Demo Data

Hi there. I’m a total beginner with WP and decided to go with your theme to build my company’s website (I previously always worked with WIX). I really like the corporate demo, how the content is organized and how it flows. Only the colors and fonts don’t match the visual identity of the brand (logo, printables etc.). I was wondering if the theme has global styles control so that I don’t have to change every single element and text to match my brand identity. I’ve been looking but couldn’t find the command…thank you for your time

Sure, you can adjust all of the colors and fonts easily under Appearance > Customize

If you have any other questions or need help with a specific adjustment, feel free to open a support ticket. We are happy to help out: http://support.progressionstudios.com

dear author, is this theme if i buy. can you install it for me. and how many cost

The theme installation is super simple and we include a one click demo importer. That being said if you need help or want to hire us, that is an option. When you purchase any theme from ThemeForest, you will see an option for ‘Install Theme’ that gives you the option of hiring us to install the theme for you. This optional service costs $50 USD. I recommend trying to install the theme yourself as it should be fairly straight forward.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Do you have RTL demo?

Yes, Unit Five supports all languages including Right-to-left languages. We do not have a R-T-L specific demo as all of our demos can easily be switched to R-T-L.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hello ! Nice theme ! Is there have Header Builder tool to create my own header design ? Thank you

Thanks, I’m glad you like our design. The header is powered by the theme customizer options. You can customize just about all the sections of the header under Appearance > Customize. Here is a video that has some examples on this: https://vimeo.com/313689465

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi mate, GREAT theme.
1- Would you please prepare a RTL demo?
2- Does it have parallax background ? I’m not sure if Elementor has it or not + is it compatible with your theme.
So much thanks

1) Yeah, our theme supports R-T-L. We do not have plans on making a R-T-L demo as all the demo’s already support R-T-L.

2) Yes, we have support for parallax backgrounds built-in. You can add this to your sections as well as the slider.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

This is beautiful. You got yourself a customer.

Thanks k99consult! If you have any questions after purchasing, feel free to open a support ticket.

Hello!

I liked your theme, it seemed to me very interesting and flexible. But I have a few questions. Your answers will help me decide on the choice of a WordPress theme for a future corporate site.

Questions: 1. Is it possible to edit elements in Header, interchange the logo, navigation, social network buttons, as well as add a company phone number and email to Header?

2. I also want to know whether it is possible to divide the menu into two parts, where MegaMenu elements will be on the right and left of the logo? For example: https://bit.ly/2WBOj50

3. Is it possible in your theme to use the video background in the slider on the main page instead of one of the images?

4. Is it possible to use SmartSlider or slider built into Elementor core with your theme? I would not like to use RevolutionSlider, because it is less intuitive and affects the performance of the site.

5. I see that UnitFive supports MegaMenu. But is it possible in this MegaMenu to add captions to section headers, as well as add widgets, icons and image blocks to the menu?

I will be grateful for your answers. Thank you very much!

1) Yeah, we have quite a few customizable options for the header. If you want to add a phone number/e-mail, there is an option Top section you can add to the header. This works great if you want to add additional information like the company phone number and e-mail. Example (Different theme of ours but the framework has same feature): https://i.imgur.com/BRYwd6u.png

2) Sorry but it is not possible to divide the menu in two parts like in the example screenshot.

3) Yeah, video backgrounds are supported throughout the site including the slider.

4) Yeah, we have a secondary slider built-in that is powered by Elementor. This is a great option if you are looking for a simpler solution that Slider Revolution.

5) Yeah, our theme has mega-menu ability built-in. You can choose how many columns you want all under Appearance > Navigation Menus. However we do not have support built-in for widgets/image blocks.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions. But I have one more question. Can the UnitFive theme work with UberMenu (a popular plugin for creating functional MegaMenu)?

I understand that you can not test the theme with all the plugins, but maybe you can answer about the use of UberMenu in the UnitFive theme. I will be grateful for your reply. Thanks a lot in advance!

Yeah, you should be able to use the Ubermenu plugin with our theme as it meets the Ubermenu Integration Requirements: https://sevenspark.com/docs/ubermenu-3/integration/automatic/requirements If you had any minor questions with Ubermenu we would be able to help you out. This plugin should work great with all of our themes including Unit Five.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

One of the best looking demo’s ive seen in a long time, will keep an eye on this :)

Thanks for the compliment. Let me know if you have any questions in the future.

I actually have 2 questions – 1) With this theme can one build on local without having to activate something to access all options (generally purchase code) 2) Do you plan on creating more demo’s

1) Yes, you can use the theme on local without any requirement for activation. You will have access to all of the options/functionality on localhost.

2) Yes, we have some planned updates that will include additional demo’s.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
