I tried to install it to my WordPress site but it didn’t work, why?
Urip Landing Page here is a HTML Template. So it can’t be installed on WordPress. However, you can edit the html file to adjust the content and then just upload it directly to your hosting.

I have sent an email but still not getting respond
That’s weird, I usually reply email within 24 hours, if you still not getting my answer please check your spam box as well(especially for customer who uses Gmail). That hurt, but sometime email just went there.
