when you given me solution, do you have any thread, also you supporting or update me on on my last query, how to remove default word in product detail page if there is no variation. you haven’t asked for any login detail, not guide me how to fix the issue. Please let me know how I can send you the screen shot of my issue. after 20 hours you said you replied but no assistance for the theme.
just let me know where you replied, because I don’t get any solution from your side, give me thread / message / screen shot with date.
Support Response: We are working from 9AM to 5PM, GMT+7, Mon to Fri. When your question come to our system and the Customer support staff will answer it as soon as possible follow the timeline above. They will process ticket/conversation in queue (first come first serve). When your question come to our system at out of office time or weekend, it will be hold to next working day.
