This is a very nice template that you can make look really professional with some minor tricks, but updating it is just an imposible task. Also, it does not have a starter like good designers do, so cleaning up, the routes, the files, the /assets folder, the modules, etc is just a torture. That’s bad practice coming from the developer. This template is also too old and you will find 30+ outdated components which, some of them dont have Angular 15 compatible declarations and code. Anyway, I made the mistake of purchasing it without checking the version, its just 25 lousy bucks, but I would have preferred spend that money on an all-you-can-eat buffet instead of this thing LOL. Summary: AVOID.
