Before 1 to 2 hour this link was not working as well as our live website too.. if theme updated now then send us the updated theme.. its very urgent

We dont need any support, I just wanted to let you know that you given theme was showing error at or live site as well as it was not opening at theme forest too
SO I am saying if any update done at theme please send me the link so that I can download the updated file
In side our admin panel everything was showing error and then we check the link from our profile where we have downloaded the theme also was showing error when click on live demo
Then we posted a comment here that your theme is not working … but after some hours your link at themeforest is working fine but still our live site admin panel inside showing errors
So I thought your team updated the theme at theme forest and we need to update our theme

At admin panel only showing the left site tab/menus..

the theme looks nice, but it’s really slow and lot’s of problems with the theme import.
after uploading the sample data site becomes unresponsive, lots of 500 errors and the problem is not a hot problem, since I have my own server and all the required values for PHP are there. bu just make sure I tried on a siteground.com and still the same problem

We had checked one click import function carefully before it is released from ThemeForest. If the import process is not complete successful, the reason must be related to max_execute_time value.
After having imported the theme, you could change or add more images for product showcase as you wish. We just gave out some images for demo. If you would like to make your site look like as our demo, please post a topic in the Forum. We will help you.

There is no dummy data files within the download. Also when using the import dummy content, it says import done but nothing is imported. Surely files should be within downloads if thats what you document. I now have to open a ticket and get this sorted. Why cant you have everything in place before selling your theme??
