Yes my hosting company did this as well. It is still giving the same error. So we tried different options to upload the file, but we are getting the same issues.

You are not understanding what I am saying. We are not trying to upload it as a a WordPress. We only tried it as a WordPress to see what would happen because every other process doesn’t work. I am trying to tell you that when I download your files, your files are corrupted are corrupted. That is the point! Horrible support!

The files are corrupted. That is the message. Hosting company cannot get it to upload on the public HTML folder. Error messages occur.
Note: They only tried it on WordPress just to test something. We know it’s not a WordPress file.
