I’m looking for a multi channel – Support / Communication platform on which I can create sub-accounts and connect my 2way whatsapp and sms RESTFULL http api and based on the SenderID (FROM mobile number) the platform will know which account to push the reply message back to.

The goal is to have an Admin platform with sub accounts where my retail customers can sign up and connect their preferred communication channel (e.g whatsapp, sms, email, facebook etc) which i would be able to configure using our 2 way api’s. Each sub account would be able to offer live support and can also broadcast messages to their contacts via the communication channels available. Ideally I would like to offer a dynamic autoreply feature that can be set to autoreply based on keywords or set time.

The long term goal is to have a flow setup where my clients can build “bots” that provide answers based on keywords and allow for multilevel menu setups. i.e Press 1 for thsi or 2 for that and then certain actions will be done. e.g 5 for a live support person – which would then hand the bot chat over to the live support person who is online. But for now a simple keyword reply setup that can reply with text, images, vcard, location or file is all I need for now. The main communication channel for the platform for now would be whatsapp and later on we can add other channel also via http api.

I have all the API’s for the channels. They are basic REST HTTP api’s.

Each sub account (i.e customer) should be able to send and receive messages via an API. meaning the platform should have it’s own API which can add/remove contacts , group contacts, Send/receive messages (using channel parameter to determine what channel the message should go out on) There MUST be an Optin and OptOut function which will add contacts to a list. for the OptOut it would be a blacklist and anyone on that list would not be able to receive a message unless they were removed from the blackist or re-optIn.

I have a view platforms that I can share with you to show the functionality and ideas I have in mind.

We would be charging the sub account a monthly fee which can vary from sub account to sub account. The sub account should be able to have multiple logins if needed and they should be able to add multiple instances of a channel. I.e if they have 3 whatsapp numbers – they should be able to add these to the platform. We have the QR code api that would need to be built into the settings section of each whatsapp instance.

My budget is quite tight as I am just starting out, and am hoping that since most components are already built, the customization shouldn’t be too much – but once I make some money with this, I will be adding on additional features and updates and will be able to spend more

On lending page Exist image of Compact Fixed Layout I dont find this layout in packet which I download Tell please where to find it ? Or how to turn on menu on left side ?

what code is included with the chat app? js actions? does ‘typing’ have a function to go with it? do you have the function to update the messages? can you switch between chats (doesn’t work in the demo)? is this just design? not sure why you call it an “app”.

Is possible to navbar fixed on scrolling?. For long page it will be easier access.
