Hello, I’m trying to export my IqitElementor Template file to my new server and it’s not working. I export the template to a file from the old server, load in the Template Library in the new server, and when i press the “Insert” button don’t make anything. Button not working in 4.6.2 theme and PS8.1.1?
SOLVED. Import doesn’t change the template, only adds all the new content below existing template
In a PrestaShop with languages, the blog sitemap is not generated correctly. All urls are /es/ in all language sitemaps. You can check? thanks for everything iqit

Hello, In the case of the mobile menu, when there are subcategories, when clicking on the category it presents the subcategories of the menu. Is there the possibility of defining the following: If the customer clicks on the name of the category, does it immediately open the page/list of products in that category, if the customer places it on the arrow, does it present the subcategories available in the menu to be able to select as it happens now? Alternatively, there could also be an option to open the subcategories in the menu, at the top, the option “See all” appears, which would have the link to the main category page. We even preferred the second option, if it’s not available, would it be possible to pay to add that option to the theme/menu?
did you tried option in themeditor > menu > mobile menu > ‘expand triger”, select arrow instead of entire link
Too bad that when you add a child theme, the translation of certain elements that are not on the child theme is not taken into account!
We translate the original theme but nothing affects on the front because the child theme is active, however when we want to translate the child theme the element is not found because it does not exist on the child theme which is normal in itself…
There is a bug in child teplat trnaslatins and it is issue of prestashop itslef not theme. its fixed with ps 8.1.1 https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/pull/33133
Hi Marcin, Litespeed cache plugin is not compatible with PS8 and I found that PS8 with Warehouse template is slower than PS1.7 with warehouse theme and LS cache. Do you think it is better to switch to PS8 without LS cache? Is there any way to make LS cache on PS8?
I think at the moment it is not possible to make ls cache work on ps 8.x, you may use some other static cache module like pagecache
theme don’t work on multi store i don’t have the footer when i go to multistore a nd Homepage layouts don’t display on other stores…
theme works with multistore fine, all demos are based on multistore,, make sure you filled themeeditor config for each store

yes they should work in revslider also
but in case of revslider or images uploaded in page builder, you need to upload webp image, it is not converted from jpeg as with product images

I know for sure that older versions had the option to choose where to display the left column on mobile (above or below the content).

Is there a reason why the font on the site would load a generic font then quickly change to the google font? It happens quickly but you can see the lag. It shows a system font i believe then switches to the correct font. This happens on the menus and elementor text as well.

Can a cron job be setup to download the pics locally each day and then the api pulls them from the local directory? This way the cdn can cache them and they can also be served as webp. Thanks

Product detail -> Accessories tab -> change the size/style (eg list) of displayed products
they are generated bases on grid settings from themeeditor, there is no separate config for them
Is it possible to show the price below the title and above the add to cart button at the same time? hello, there is no build in desing to ducpliacte price, you will need to edit product.tpl file
Please, add a feature that will allow pick specific blog post instead of showing all of them. It would improve SEO in fact that you can add specific blog post for specific category page.

Sorry but, the integrated instagram addon no longer shows the publications 
it throws errors in the console that the api does not have permissions and if you try to reconnect it: instagram throws you an error with the message ‘insufficient developer mode’
