I have an issue with translations: they don’t seem to apply properly. I see 2 fixes on your FAQ page, but it says it’s for v1.6.0.11 and I’m running v1.6.0.14. Will they work?

I already applied this one before translating 
What I’ve done is this: translation sub-menu then I choose installed modules then your theme and then the language. But when I save, no new language files are created and while the translations are saved, they’re not applied.
It seems I need to go on a module, use the “translate” button at the top and then it directs me to the proper page. But then all my previous translations aren’t ported over.
Is this the proper way of doing it?

@therampagerado Thanks for the explanation, But the details of the registered theme IE9 supported. And in the meantime the template is not supported this is not good.

@pinihil the problem with CSS and IE9 is PS related not theme there’s a fix made by the theme developer to be included in the PS itself but the developers are refusing to pay attention to this issue.
You can go and ask them to include his pull request at github to be included in 1.6.1 which is just around the corner. 
@isaac_ken79 – try following the directions for update – you have to delete some theme related overrides from prior versions so you probably have to delete your class index in cache folder also.

it is part of prestashop it self not theme, it is mailalerts moduel you can install it in your shop

OK, I found it in modules > themeeditor > css > options, but it seems that it really slow down page loading while using a mobile device, is there a way to disable it only on mobile view…?
It is not slow down the page, it is waiting for entire page load(with retreiving data from facebook plugin etc). to disable it on mobile
add custom css in themeeditor
@media screen and (max-width: 999px){ #preloader{ display: none; }}
Thanks a lot for your fast and professional support ( as always), I know page preloader is waiting for full page load, but if you test it with a mobile device the user experience is really bad because some plugin informations need a lot of time to be fully downloaded, that’s why I think it’s better to disable it on mobile view. you can have manufacturer links or manufactuere logo i menu, you can also have suppilers links in menu

I’m upgrading Prestashop to 1.6.0.14 and the theme to 3.5. I’m doing this on a local wamp server.
But strangely, the theme won’t show up in the admin… I’ve tried both ways of copying the folders as also importing through zip…
Do you know if such a problem exists when using WAMP.

in themeeeditor you can select beetwen black or white ratio and select box buttons, if you need another color it is needed to create own color image, contact on e-mail i will provide more details
