I updated my shop to ps8.2.1 and the theme to 4.7.1 . Since the update the MEGAMENU diseappeared and Horizontal and vertical mega menu (navigation dropdown) module appeared. However it does not do the upgrade as it says “Your store’s URL doesn’t match the one provided when the module was purchased.” which is obviously not right.
Can you do something Marcin?
maybe you purschased menu module separatly in past, try to disable ps mbo module and then upgrade iqitmegamenu module
The background of the submenu is white and I cannot change it at all. I have ps 8.2.1 and up to date themeforest.
in thmeeditor > menu > submenu there are options for that, if not work maybe it is browser cache or you have soem custom css which obverides it

I just found out the on 4.7.1 my mobile menyu and search buttons are not working? Im not using child template. I have read a lot of the posts but did not find one that matches this (hence if these exists please do provide a link)? Cache has been cleared multiple times?

in bbackoffice > andvacned parametrs > performance > enable ccc for css and js, it will compile asset in one file, and once something is modified this file will get new name, so youi will avoide cache issues on browser is you modify / upgrade something

ps 9 was released yesterdey, it does not work yet. Current theme framework of theme will be upgraded for ps 9 in around month from now. Rewriten version is in progress

1.- First, update to Prestashop 8.2.
2.- Update the template. But which Warehouse update file should I use to update the Warehouse template? 4.7.0 to 4.7.1, this one?

Hello, lately i found out that if you have enabled MBO module (prestashop marketplace) than you have problem on elementor editor. When you try to add banner or picture, you want to select picture from uploaded pictures but it wont start pop-up window to even select picture. After disable MBO module everything work fine. I have 8.1.5 prestashop and warehouse theme 4.7.1. Maybe some investigation would be good… best regards, Martin
hello its not related to theme, mbo is prestashop core modujle and file manager is also prestashop core. You will also get this issue if you try to add image with core wyswig module. To solve this, uninstall and remove mbo module, then install mbo again and clear prestashop cache, it should solve the issue
I know that’s not related to theme, just letting know maybe somebody else will have same problem. I’ll make same post on Github and letting know PrestaShop team about this problem.

We are updating a project to ps 8.2.1 with latest theme version 4.7.1 and cannot manage to make “image carousel” element inside elementor to work correctly. when uploading images, we can’t see the slider preview – is this a known bug ?? it’s strange because other elements are working fine.

What is the difference between IQIT Reviews module and Native Prestashop Reviews module?
Problem with search icon. When you perform a search using the magnifying glass icon, the module displays related products in a dropdown list. However, if you click the button or press the Enter key to view all results, the page refreshes and redirects to the homepage without displaying any results.
I try the prestashop search module and works well but the iqitsearch dont work correctly

@Cristian Dorel, I had a very similar problem once, and the cause was the cache being enabled. I suggest disabling all the cache options you have enabled. Then, from CPanel, go to the /var/cache folder and delete everything inside. After that, try the update again. It worked for me, hopefully it helps you too!
Hi! Triyng to update from PrestaShop 8.2.0 to 8.2.1 using PrestaShop update assistant module it shows me a white page in front office after the update process is completed, and the theme it disappears from PrestaShop dashboard > Aspect > Themes and logo. Hello! Just a, maybe, simple question. In BO under Content/Pages => Category page there’s a switch to remove Subcategories thumbs but it removes also Subcategories names, is there a way to remove only thumbs? Thank you in advance!
