Hi Sr, After Update 4.7.0 1. Rollover in product not work (Second image on hover = Enable – fade). 2. name account dont show me againt in home page but if logout show me login again, but in product page de user name show me normally.

Hello, sorry they are not typical issue, if you use child template start from upgrading it manually and clearing all possible caches(ps/browser, caches modules if you use)

Hi I have just updated to 4.7.0 but it seems my product is only listed as Product List – where do I change to Grid view for the Product list

Just for info – I rolled back my shop, as other elements were also not working.
I tried again although can some of you confirm wether the togling of the product list to the Product List view is working? I can click it from Grd to List but even I hit it again nothing happens. Also on a specific product the product information dropdown as well as the manufator dropdown is not working. Again it would be nice if some of you could spare the time to indicated if it workes or not. Running on P.S 8.1.7 best,
Hello, in corectly performed upgrade there is no such issues you report 1. make sure to clear all caches(prestashop/ps) after upgrade 2. if you use child template, make sure to upgrade it manually -> by comparing your child files with files from upgrade package to avoid case when you have new them ovveride by child based on old theme -> depens how how much modificaitons you made in child it may results with some errors if you not upgrade it 3. futher support is provided by suppoort platform https://iqitcommerce.ticksy.com/

After updating to 4.7 and Prestashop 8.2, the mobile menu does not work properly, refreshing sometimes helps. can you fix this.
This is only the case on the product page when you click on the menu.
I’m not able to reproduce it on my side, please clear ps cache and check again. If you use child template make sure you also manuallu upgraded it

These are my steps: 1. Update PS 8.2.0 to 8.2.1 / 2. Then clear cache in the Prestashop and browser / 3. Update Warehouse to 4.7 version / In the mobile version category tree appeares on the top (Kerami82 wrote about this too). And buttons “menu”, “search”, “languages” are not works.

You’ve said that the new themeversion (in the works) will not be backswards compatible with the current theme, does that mean there will not be an easy upgrade option for the entire theme, you need to make the whole webshop again in the new theme?
For PS 9, the current theme version will be upgraded and remain backward compatible. Additionally, there will be a completely re-written theme that will not be backward compatible.

Resolved was the CILD theme thanks, then there is a button that is missing in the demo 2 there is no more button to confirm the mail (this only in the desktop version), mobile and ok I mean the one where you put the video and the box inscription to the newsletter.

1. It will be more probably for 9.1 not 9.0. If there will be for 9.0 then more probably it will current version of theme upgraded instead of rewriten.
Same as was with previouse major version of prestashop. I never target into first realases becouse they are never stable enough2. As for your question, I know then answear but at the moment I do not want to share with it yet sorry.

Czy planowany jest upgrade szablonu dla PrestaShop 1.7.8, czy to już koniec wsparcia? Mam też drugie pytanie: kiedy orientacyjnie planuje Pan wydać wersję kompatybilną z PrestaShop 9? Pytam, ponieważ jestem w rozkroku z decyzją bo nie wiem, czy przechodzić na 8.2, czy cierpliwie czekać na 9 jeśli to nie jest bardzo odległy termin.

Dla 1,7.8 bedzie upgrfade który aktualizuje instagrama i jakieś drobne fixy. Będzie wydany w tym tygodniu razem z 4.7.0 dla ps 8.
Jeżeli chodzi o preste 9 na ten moment nie ma terminu bo nie ma nawet presty. Jest dopiero w wersji beta i dla pierwszego stabilnego wydania jeszce troche zostało.
Gdy wyjdzie presta 9 w pierszej kolejności obecny szablon ten z wariantiu dla ps 8 bedzie zaktualizowany do ps 9, a kompletnie przepisany szablon bedzie na dalszym etapie

It is compatible with 8.2! First upgrade ps ans then theme. You maybe doing something wrong during upgrade. You should enable debug mode to check actual error instead White page
Will the new version of the theme be for PS 9 or PS8?
4.7.0 is for ps8, there is no prestashop 9 yet. Full theme rewrite will be for ps 9
Hello, I already tried the beta and it works correctly. I think users need a more updated font awesome library compatible with Elementor. Currently the one that is there has become completely outdated. The X or tiktok icon doesn’t even appear. Thank you

as for version of icon, i exteding by myself fontawesome icons, becouse newer version except the core with not very pretty icons do not allow to include them on paid theme
in future theme rewrite there is diffrent approach, therre will be icon manager feature which will allow to use preffered icons library
I follow your video-instruction for upgrading 4.5.5 to 4.6.4. Mostly it seems that it works, but the version number still says 4.5.5 ??? I have activated the child theme (do I need to upgrade the child theme in any way?)
And I have cleared the internal cache.
