i bought a fresh copy of the theme.. in the theme download folder has no theme documentation and no demo data can be downloaded…

I imported the Demo content and there are miltiple pages with the same content. Everything is same except the name of the duplicate page has “OP” at the end.

How to remove displaying Tags and “Comments are closed” under blog post. As i tried updating the settings under Webteck options, it isnt taking effect.

I would like a refund, i have purchased over 30 templates and this one is too complex. This is the first template I have bought that doesnt have any installation instructions. I am not a WordPress pro but I haven’t had any issues with out templates as they all came with installation instructions and sometimes they come with the database dump which makes it even easier.

While the theme looks brilliant, it is extremely difficult to use. Elementor is not opening, changes are not reflecting on the front end and where it does, it does not reflect through the entire pages. I am receiving many errors. I have sent you an email. Please kindly help.
