We purchased the plugins with an Extended License which allows you and customers use them with basic features. They work fine with all functionalities on our demos. We always include latest version of the plugins in our theme. So you can ignore the message and use them with our theme normally.
In case you want to unlock all premium features such as Templates Library, Add-Ons , Video & Icons… You have to purchase it directly with a Regular License. You can’t activate it with our Extended License Key included in the download package.

No problem, I just changed the password of your account to “Piotr12345” temporary. You can login and change it as you want. After that you can create new ticket.

I bought this theme based on the positive comments about support. However, I have been working on only 2 pages for weeks and support has been awful. It takes several back-and-forth e-mails and my questions still do not get answered, they make design changes outside the scope of the ticket request without approval, response time for some tickets has taken 3 days. The team member function is buggy, elementor is used in some places and WPBakery in others, elements from pages they display in the demo cannot be used on all pages. The back-end is very choppy and inconsistent. The load time for 2 static pages is 1990’s dial-up, now the site won’t even load on mobile devices. I haven’t even uploaded products or built out the membership, this has all been over 2 STATIC PAGES!

Question about Compatibility Visual Composer on some themes.
How do I interpret the compatibility of Visual Composer when it says 5.1.x while Visual Composer is now on version 35.0.

Sorry! It is our mistake. Actually, the theme is compatible with WPBakery Page Builder. Not Visual Composer. So we removed it from the compatible part.

I suppose you’ll have to do a lot of corrections than. I am looking for a Visual Composer (not WPBakery) compatible theme. This search often returns to you with apparently wrong compatibility information about VC for all themes. Theme titles also need to be adjusted. See example:
Phoenix – WordPress Minimal Multipurpose Portfolio with Visual Composer.
This time it is about version 4.8.x so that is also WPBakery. Thanks and good luck !
