I don’t know how I can share the screenshot of an example. For example, a print-on-demand store offering a personalised option for their product. Customers can print their name on their product, and they can tell this information on the product page by entering the details in the personalise box. Hope this clears a bit. I am sure this is not a unique situation. It’s a very common feature. Lots of themes provide these options.

I don’t know why you guys are finding it so hard to understand this simple feature. Most of the themes are offering this feature, Ella, Minimog, Kalles, Gecko, Unsen, etc, even Shopify free themes have this feature. You guys are claiming to be one of the top-selling themes for a few years, and I am surprised you have never heard or seen this feature. I’m looking at the theme as well, but the header and footer seem pretty limited. We have over 10 categories, and the header layout doesn’t offer enough spacing options to fit them all in one row. The footer has a similar issue—it doesn’t allow for precise spacing to balance out the sections.

Looking over your response, most of the questions were either answered generally or referred back to your setup documentation. However, our specific questions about having more than 10 header menu categories and achieving proper, equal spacing in the footer weren’t directly addressed. I’d really like to switch over from Ella, but I can’t move forward until I know this theme supports those options just as well.

Thank you – yes, that’s a good resource and it says, “You can select from four main menu styles” but I don’t SEE the layouts and my client is super particular about retaining a specific arrangement. :/

Thank you – yes I’ve seen both of these… I’ve also seen some of the demos (in particular this one … https://wokiee-demo4.myshopify.com/?_ab=0&_fd=0&_sc=1 is closest to what I’m wondering about… except we want a regular desktop navigation (not the hamburger menu on desktop) AND we’d like to have a typical utilize bar above the masthead with support links top right and a smaller unv. promo message top left (over the logo). Would that be possible to configure within the theme options itself? Or would that require custom coding to achieve?

How to remove the product options from the collections page or from the product card? I don’t want the options to be present in the product card as it makes the design worse. Meaning, I don’t want to show “color”/”size”/etc in the product card?

Does the $39 include all the content in the preview, or is it just the price for a single sample?

Thank you for the interest to our item. $39 includes predefined settings for your store from all our demos. Unfortunately Shopify doesn’t allow to import content. But you will be able to install all correspondent settings (css, colors, fonts etc.) So, our theme can imported over your existing store (on your catalogue and products).
