Hi skyotch, currently we are not accepting custom work. You can hire a developer to implement changes as you require. 
We are unable to get the Vue application running… we run npm run dev (after npm install) and it just shows a blank white screen saying can’t get / ... there error that is consoled is: Refused to load the image ‘http://localhost:3000/favicon.ico' because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: “default-src ‘none’”. Note that ‘img-src’ was not explicitly set, so ‘default-src’ is used as a fallback.
